Splendido at the Chateau offers wonderful Rocky Mountain dining featuring hearty yet refined American-European cuisine. In summer, enjoy a cocktail or dine outdoors on our flower filled deck and enjoy great views of Beaver Creek Mountain. It was a very nice top end experience. Service was great. Food was unique - think foodie. Just not sure price fits - did not hold back but at over $200 per person, not sure it is a regular. More of a want the high end experience special, special night kind of place.

We always love dining at Splendido when we come up to Beaver Creek. It is probably our favorite restaurant in the Vail Valley. The service, food and ambience are always exquisite!
