   4 people. Drinks perfect apps delicious. Dinner only the steak was good. We sat on the patio. Looked pretty in the pictures. This is where it started. You go in restaurant then back out and pass a building to the patio. The bricks were filthy so don't accidentally rub up on them with screws sticking out. Then the back of the patio was like a storage room. For a bill that totalled almost $400 I expect better establishment and food. Was very disappointed especially when the patio don't connect to the restaurant and you are taking cooked food out onto the street. Not covered. Thank God it wasn't raining. Won't be back.

   Our second visit. Both have been great! Everything I have had to eat has been wonderful. Best ribeye anywhere! Frustrating that you do have to plan ahead to even get a reservation but that speaks volumes about this restaurant!

   Food was fantastic. Service was terrible. Waitress immediately seemed uninterested in our table but was making sure all the tables around us were taken care us because they were having several alcohol drinks. Sadly we won’t be back and it was our 1st time and loved the food.

   Everything was incredible. Our waitress Mel was so attentive to us, especially to my girlfriend who is Celiac. We even had cooks and another waiter come over and assure us that her food was safe to eat. The food was incredible and we had a great time. We will definitely be back

   We had a lovely experience at new-to-us Spotted Cow steakhouse in downtown Winston Salem. Street parking is what is close by, but it wasn’t too difficult to find a spot, even on a busy Friday night. Our server, Mel, was fantastic. Drinks were excellent, and food was amazing! All our steaks were perfectly cooked! The Brussels sprouts were possibly the best I’ve ever had. I took 1/2 my dinner home and had it for lunch the next day, and it was just as delicious then. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

   From the hostess, to our waiter, Nikki, to the food runners, we had nothing but a superb experience! Staff is friendly, courteous and very attentive! Food was amazing! All steaks cooked to perfection! Ambiance is great! We will be back again. Thank you!

    We liked the food, especially our sides of mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and baked potato. The yeast rolls with cinnamon butter were great. Unfortunately, my steak came out undercooked (I ordered medium and it came out medium-rare and more rare than medium). It was sent back, but took 20 minutes to come back out. By the time it did, my partner had completely finished his meal so I ate alone essentially. Our server apologized and I know it wasn’t her fault. I’m surprised a manager never come by or offer any type of complimentary dessert etc. We spent well over $100 on this meal.
