   If the place wants to have a table time limit, they need their wait staff to provide better service. No reason on a night with many open tables for the hostess to ask if we ordered yet because we are on a time limit and they have reservations. Ask the waitress and you’ll find out if we ordered or not. I would’ve be out of there within an hour and a half max if the waitress came back frequently. She leaves us with drinks comes back right after them as if we are ready for more and then doesn’t came back for nearly another hour. That is not my fault.

   I love this place valet parking was only 20$ The restaurant was excellent. The view is beautiful.

   We booked 2 high top tables at this location for our yearly girls Secret Santa gift exchange. I had been at this restaurant before with my husband and another couple for dinner during early Fall and we had a fantastic time. I came in bragging to my girls about the food and ambience only to walk out extremely disappointed. Our server took our drinks order and we also included an appetizer since one of the girls in the group is pregnant and needed a little something to eat while the rest of us were having drinks. She showed up with the drinks and brought the wrong tequila to one of the girls. The appetizer was hummus with pita bread. Thirty minutes later we were still waiting for the hummus and the drinks were gone. We started drinking the pricey water bottles that were brought to the table. . I don’t like sparkling water so I approached the bar for a cup of iced water. The bartender was on her phone and was upset when I ask her for a cup of water. I explained to her that we were seated in a table but still waiting for our server to come back . She just said find your server and did not give me the cup of water. I was stunned at her attitude and rude manners. A while later our server showed up without the appetizer and a bottle of tap water . We asked if she had forgotten about the hummus. She said she did not but that the kitchen was busy. To be honest the place was not crowded and this was on a Thursday at 7pm. It looked mostly like the only customers were hotel guests. Finally she brought the hummus to the table and took our dinner order: 2 orders of skirt steak, one medium temperature with broccoli and the other medium well with truffle fries, a shrimp salad and a Caesar salad with steak . It took over an hour for us to get the food. We ordered a second round of drinks. Once the food came the steak was cold, the fries were not truffle , they were regular French fries.    We enjoyed a fabulous meal. The setting and location is wonderful, beautiful rooftop view of the city. The Ben Old Fashioned and Butterfly Effect cocktails were both well made and tasty. I enjoyed the arugula salad which had a delicious charred onion vinaigrette dressing, and was accompanied with salmon. My husband had the fish tacos which were equally delicious. Our server Tommysha was friendly and attentive. It was a great meal and we look forward to returning.

   The arugula salad (with skirt steak topper) and the rigatoni caprese were delicious! A must have! The rain and wind didn’t hamper our experience one bit and the staff was very accommodating! We’ll be back for sure!

   Food was not good, skirt steak was served very rare not medium rare like we asked for. Hamburger was served well done not medium rare like asked for. Menu selection is not great but that’s ok. Service was good, staff was very nice. Hotel is beautiful. Salad we ordered never came out. We got our meals then were asked if we still wanted the salad . We said no , what for ? Kids meals came out quick which was good. You can go here but eat before you go or go to snack and hang out, not for your meal

    There was a Rude receptionist who insisted that we didn’t have a reservation when we did and didn’t look for a way to resolve the issue so my party could be seated
