Squires Waterfront Restaurant is THE spot for a night out, a special occasion, or a casual hang with mates. Our menus marry unique modern Australian flavours, with inspiration from the legend himself, James Squire. Nestled on the Sydney Harbour, the waterfront views certainly enhance the ambiance of Squire's Waterfront Restaurant.

Bookings are available for the Restaurant. If you have 8 or more guests, a set menu and 10% gratuity apply. For non-exclusive parties of 8+ please enquire through our website. for our Brewhouse and Forecourt areas please contact our events team on 8014 5663

10% surcharge applies on Sundays. 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

Experience the ultimate waterfront dining on the Harbour Deck, where breath taking views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge meet a decadent selection of share plates. For just $120, enjoy gourmet delights like truffle salami, stracciatella, burrata, capocollo, chicken liver pâté, and hummus with fresh bread, paired with a bottle of Chandon. Upgrade to a bottle of Veuve for $60, and indulge every Friday and Saturday from 3–5 PM. Perfect for groups of 2 to 4 guests. For parties of larger than 4 guests, you can make a second booking. Please list notes in the booking to be sat together. This package is a flat rate of $120 per booking, there is no per person price. Limited bookings available & reservations essential!

Reserve a table by the window with a view of the Opera House in our main dining room. Unfortunately we cannot reserve tables in the Tower Room in advance. The $25pp fee cannot be used towards food or beverages. We are located next to the overseas passenger terminal and have no control over cruise ship delays. To stay updated, check out the website link https://www.portauthoritynsw.com.au/cruise/cruise-schedule/. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. If you cancel, reduce the size of your party, or change the date of your reservation within 24 hours, the $25pp fee will still apply in addition to our regular cancellation policy. Prices include transaction fees.

Private dining experience like no other, overlooking the Opera House for up to 10 guests. The PDR has a minimum spend of $1,000 to be used on food and beverage. Note that our Captains Plates Set Menu is required for all parties over 8 guests. An optional service charge of 10% will be applied to the final bill and paid on conclusion. We are within the overseas passenger terminal and have no control over cruise ship delays. Food is very tasty, and background or feeling is best restaurant. AlSo, guide who working in restaurant was so kind and nice. I will visit this restaurant if i travel australia once again.

Second time dinning here and felt very rushed as thought the staff were trying to get us in and out. Food was nice but not worth how much we paid. Quality has defiantly dropped off since our first visit.

Outstanding food and service with a spectacular view. The staff are always very helpful and I. The menu has a great variety and the choices I’ve always had have been amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion

The food was great and of course the view is amazing but the service was terrible. Took a while before we were offered a drink initially and only after we flagged down a wait person. Mains were brought out immediately after our starter plates were cleared.

We had a wonderful night in this restaurant. Thanks for the delicious food and fantastic service! Especially with Jin’s service. This is the best choice on the rocks.

Very disappointed I booked this for my wife’s birthday , we were halfway through are starter and are main course was brought out when I pointed out the fact that we hadn’t finished are starters they took them away and two minutes later and brought them back and put them on the table so we had to finish our starter and then go straight onto a main course no apologies and then after we finished are meal nobody came to the table to ask if you want any more drinks or we wanted any desserts so we had to go and get somebody to get the bill I really would not recommend this restaurant to anybody it really spoiled our night .

There was a misunderstanding with the menu I was hoping for normal-sized prawns as they were king prawns but the waiter stated that they were shrimps which I got confused about, along with miscommunication involved as I am Deaf myself. But the other is the restaurant was lovely also I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of watching the performance of Australia Day! 🎉

Have always loved the upstairs restaurant and enjoyed many fabulous meals there. Unfortunately thw usual high level of service even on the busiest days was missing at our table yesterday. The only positive was the view and the pavlova dessert. Menu lacked excitement of the past. So disappointed we doubt we will ever return.
