   Everything fried was not good and tasted the same. The oil must be too hot or something. Seafood platter was sad considering the terrible frying job, tiny tiny crawfish tails, and the $32 price. You expect better seafood when paying that much. Appetizers were fantastic as well as the drinks. The dinner menu looks great but they need to get a handle on the fry job. Staff was fantastic and very attentive. I will give them another shot but likely their brunch menu.

   We made reservations but decided to sit at the bar. The gentlemen who took care of us was very nice and the drinks were so good. I ordered the chicken and waffles. I dont do well with spicy foods and when my food came out it was too spicy. They got me another order with no spice. It was delicious. We enjoyed everything and will be back soon.

   From the moment we entered we wondered why we were there. welcoming staff was pretty rude. we had a reservation which we expected would place us in a decent table. Instead they tried to put us right nest to the door even though there were several open tables. It took time to actually negotiate a table. If it were not a holiday we would have just walked out. Poor overall experience. no problem-we know coming back is not going to happy.

   Great food, beautiful atmosphere, nice service. We enjoyed the birria grilled cheese and grilled pesto sandwich along with marg flight and the large frito pie, so yummy! We had our 1 yr old and 4 yr old with us. Our waitress was great with the kids.

   I absolutely love State Fare - but today's experience was lacking. Waiting entirely too long for the food to arrive and when it did, one of the entrees was cold.

    We were a group of 8 and were seated in a very tight table barely any room to move. Our server took to long to take the order and then the food to long as well before it was out.
