At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve.     One of the best spots in Charlotte! If you haven’t been, you’re missing out—especially on the appetizers. The corn crème brûlée is a must-try, and the Kansas City strip…Absolutely unbeatable. Had an amazing birthday dinner here with my family—great food, great company, and an all-around fantastic night!

    This restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you’re enveloped in a warm and attentive ambiance. The staff and waiters are incredibly friendly and go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. I’ve had the pleasure of dining at Steak 48 in various cities, but the Charlotte location consistently stands out as the best. Whether it’s a special occasion or a casual get-together, Steak 48 never fails to impress.

    We had a wonderful time, and our server, Mary, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, polite, and patient, and she had a delightful personality! The food was superb! The only suggestion I would offer is that the Oscar accompaniment could be slightly larger. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
