   This was by far the most amazing dining experience my husband and I have ever had, service was impressive. We had a wonderful table with views of the kitchen, drinks were strong and the food was delicious! Filet cooked perfectly and the peanut butter pie for dessert was melt in your mouth worthy! We splurged and went all out for his birthday and can’t wait for another birthday to do it again!

   The quality of the food has declined. I was very displeased and disappointed with the lobster Mac & cheese as it is now a soupy recipe. The steak did not have the look of a filet and salmon was severely under seasoned. I like Steak 48 and have been quite a few times, but last night was disappointing considering the price point of the food. Cheaper food, but still high pricing. Please work on the quality. Not a very enjoyable birthday dinner. The dessert was the best part :-/.

   We sat in the back bar area for my birthday dinner and were served by one of the bartenders- Sabrina. She was outstanding and made one of the best martinis I’ve ever had! We will go back just to dine with her! Thanks for making it a special evening for me and my husband! -Leigh

    It is always a pleasure to dine at steak 48. The service is always A+ and the food is prepared to perfection. Our server Andreas and the rest of the team are amazing, professional and courteous.
