At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve.     Every time I’ve dined at Steak 48 my experience has been superior! The service, the food, the drinks, EVERYTHING 10/10! I’ll always recommend!

    The food was amazing !!! This was my second time going . The meatball appetizer is always good. And the ribeye bone in was juicy and still sizzling when it arrived to the table . Hands down the best place to eat in Charlotte and I will be back !!!

    My wife and I enjoyed a romantic anniversary dinner there, the ambiance was perfect, and we were able to enjoy ourselves with great conversation! The food was great as well, from the appetizers to the dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed it all, but what made the experience that much better was the service and attention we received from the time we walked in all the way til we retrieved our car from valet, what was a great experience was enhanced by the spirit and culture of their employees, and that’s is what I think sets them apart from other restaurants!

    Wonderful place for a special night out. Fine dining at its best. Service was impeccable, the food was delicious and prepared perfectly.
