Everything was amazing- service, food, ambience. I can’t wait to come back. They even provide warm lavender cloths at the end of dinner.

Below fair dining experience. Ordered the off menu 12 ounce butcher special recommended by our server, and was beyond underwhelmed. Didn’t finish as the steak was extremely fatty and full of grease. Mind you I was charged $199 for this “off menu” recommendation! Unfortunately, won’t be dining at the location again. I’ve dined at Steak 48 at other locations (Chicago and Houston) and had much more pleasant experiences. Hopefully valuable feedback for anyone looking to dine at Steak 48 - Charlotte.
