Me first time there…From pre-arrival to post-departure our entire experience was a wow!! Of course the highlight was the food which was superb. We were celebrating my birthday, and was indeed made it a special one. Steak 48 is one of my top restaurants in San Diego now. Thank you!

Everything was good and no complaints regarding on service, taste of food, ambience and etc. However I got an upset stomach after having dinner. I ordered the dry aged steak with crab cakes as topping. The overall dinning experience is great but the upset stomach after is not.

AMAZING!!! Everything was wonderful. We had the pleasure of being served by Bryan. He is kind, funny and very knowledgeable. I’m sure the others servers are as great but I’m thankful we had Bryan. I watched the way he interacted with the tables he had and he made everyone feel like they were his top priority. We came for my daughter’s birthday and they made it so sweet. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!! Worth every penny!

Brian and his entire team offered a wonderful experience for my mom on her 75th birthday. The attention and interaction were great and the food, as expected, was outstanding!

We went to Steak-48 for a special occasion last night. The restaurant is just gorgeous and has a sophisticated hip vibe. Our server was excellent and while he often came to check on us he never interrupted our conversation. We ordered apps, steaks,sides and dessert. All were delicious and prepared perfectly. My only request would be to lower the volume of the music and play music that is more appropriate for such a lovely and expensive venue. The music did not fit the classiness of the atmosphere. We will look forward to going again however.

Treated us like kings for a birthday celebration for both of us. Didn't have to blink and they had everything we needed with very knowledgeable and friendly wait staff. Gave great recommendations and the food was excellent. We will definitely be back and I highly recommended.
