Last night was our first experience at Steak 48. I had heard great things and we were not disappointed! Steven our server was excellent. He was knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. We all enjoyed our meals. The food and service were outstanding. Can't wait to return.

The food and service were good although not outstanding or worth the extremely high prices. The restaurant was gorgeous inside but you have to walk through an ugly black unlabeled cardboard shelter to get inside. They have very loud and inappropriate juvenile music playing that makes it very hard to talk because of the volume. The manager refused to turn it down or even change it to something more appropriate for a more upscale restaurant. Overall consensus is that we will not return. It is sadly not worth the exorbitant cost for us to return. My steak was also not cooked to my stated preference and the waiter did not come by to check so I just ate around the edge. Also it claims that their dishes are $30 and under the only dishes under $30 were the sides. And what’s with the note at the bottom of the check saying that the workers are dramatically impacted by some unknown “current conditions” that we pay a mandatory 20% up charge for?

Great overall. It was important that the ambiance and experience on Thanksgiving were lovely for my family. All was very nice. Food was delicious although all veggies were more salty than expected. Everyone happy with their steaks; my sea bass was wonderful. I’m a soup person so was surprised there were no offerings; perhaps a menu addition in the near future? Our server, Germany, was excellent!

The food and service were over the top! Isaiah was our server and he smiled the whole time!! This was our first time and hope to return again. We thought the sides would be served with our plate and not as share ales. They were extremely overpriced. Put our requested side on our plate and serve them with the meat selection! Don’t overcharge for the sides! That was appalling!

The food was amazing and our server, Amer, was outstanding! As steakhouses go this was definitely one of the better ones we’ve enjoyed. Portion sizes for appetizers was great for sharing. We had several including the crispy shrimp, braised pork belly, calamari, chicken fried lobster, and meatballs. All were really yummy - the meatballs were probably the best I’ve ever had. Although Amer told us the salads were individually portioned, the Caesar salad was huge (plenty to share) and the beet salad could easily serve 2 or 3. Our steaks and my pork chops were cooked perfectly. Steak 48 will definitely be in the dining out rotation going forward.

Always amazing service and food. It was a packed night, seating for our reservation took about 10 minutes, but it is worth the wait.
