First time having Steak and Bourbon. We had a wonderful experience. Our waiter Carlos was wonderful and very helpful with any questions we had. All food ordered tasted amazing, we were very pleased. Definitely will eat again.

We had a 5pm reservation and got there at 435p. Didn't realize they didn't open doors until 5p. They saw us and another couple standing out in the cold and came to the door within a minute of us getting there asking if we had a reservation. After saying yes, she let us in. Had us sit until they had our table ready. Food and service was excellent.

Outstanding Food & Exceptional Service! Steak & Bourbon exceeded all expectations! The steaks were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and expertly seasoned. Every bite was a testament to the quality and care they put into their food. As amazing as the food was, the service was even better. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. If you’re looking for a top-tier steakhouse with incredible food and outstanding service, Steak & Bourbon is the place to go. Highly recommend!

The waiter was different. She was rude. And would walk away before you were finished speaking to her. I’ve been here about 5 times since this new location opened. Last night wasn’t too great. I’ll try again, hope it’s better.

Fantastic experience on busy V-day. Food was fantastic throughout and perhaps best steak I’ve had in Louisville. Noise level was loud with band, etc but to be expected on busy night. Will be back.
