Server definitely doesn’t know the menu well, nor did he know much about what the bartender could offer in my drink request. What was so strange is that he wouldn’t just go ask. He gave incorrect answers just to have an answer, then would come back to the table and say, “I lied”, and then give us the real answer. Just no innate understanding of things like providing a serving spoon for the sides, leaving menus on the table throughout dinner, etc. The butter candle in the bread just makes for really greasy tasting dinner rolls. Not a fan. Steak was ok but not exceptional. The restaurant is beautiful, but this will be a place we come for cocktails, not dinner.

Hands-down, the best steak in Louisville! Food, service and ambience was perfect for our anniversary. Great portions and great options!

Food came out quite slow; prices were a bit more than the other location; hostess staff was amazing; waiter wasnt quite as attentive as we would have likes. Overall great location; would go again.

For only being open two weeks Steak & Bourbon did a great job. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, but will admit it was loud. Food was good and liked that all of the main courses included side items will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is top notch & the service was excellent! We had JJ has our server & had a great experience. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

I recently visited the new location of Steak & Bourbon, and it was an outstanding experience. The cozy decor, combined with dim lighting and tasteful furnishings, created a perfect setting. The steak I ordered was cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who made excellent recommendations. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning soon!
