Wonderful experience- I made a reservation for my fiancé birthday she loved it food quality was great - even though it was a busy day for the business it still turned out wonderful They package your food left overs - when the meat is brung to you they ask if you could cut the middle to see the cooked temperature , to your liking. If though I reservation for booth sitting and got a both on one side and table on other - still phenomenal. 10 starts

The food and service were absolutely phenomenal! Our server Olivia made great recommendations regarding steaks and wine and made our night feel special. I highly recommend the steak tartare and the cowboy ribeye!

Really impressed with this restaurant. The menu options were fresh and unique tweaks on standard steak house fare. Everything was really good. Mains, Appetizers, Salads & Sides. Excellent Crab Cakes, Heirloom tomatoes & Burrata. Truffle Mac & Cheese = OMG amazing, Sauteed Mushroom side = excellent. Dessert = Basque Cheesecake, was really good. Steak filets were excellent. Big Thumbs Up. Our waitress Tara was new and really took good care of us.

My wife and I had made reservations at Jeff Ruby's, but cancelled those to try this new place downtown. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a hostess that barely looked up from her ipad on the hostess' stand to speak to us. We were roughly 25 minutes early for our reservation and were told we couldn't be seated until "closer to our reservation". We weren't invited to sit in a waiting area or maybe the bar, just left to figure out for ourselves how we might consume 25 minutes. We walked over to the bar area, saw a number of empty seats, and asked a passing waiter if we could sit in them. He didn't know and had to go to the hostess. This took a number of moments until we were told, reluctantly, that yes we could sit there. The rest of the evening was great, the food was great and the drinks were great. We addressed our concerns with a manager, Brandon, who unexpectedly covered our entire bill and I thank him for that.

I’ve been here twice and both times my steak was cooked wrong. For a place called steak and bourbon, you think it would be a place proficient in cooking steaks accurately. Food takes a while, drinks, take a while but it’s okay…
