   The bleau Caesar salad didn’t have any flavor, the lettuce was wet but not with dressing. The service was minimal and we were asked the same questions a few times. The server interrupted us when we gave our order us twice

   Going to compare to my previous visit. I think the restaurant has declined a bit overall, dust in the lighting/walls. Service was friendly but not as attentive. We had one medium well order at our table and everyone’s order came out the same, even if they had requested medium. Maybe we came at an off time (later in the evening, 8) but it was a bit of a letdown. I feel like the small details were missing or maybe replaced for cost cutting purposes.

   Waitress Michelle was absolutely amazing, she made the night just that little bit more fun for me and my girlfriend. She was very informative and helpful to us and answered our many questions. The food was delectable and filling. The restaurant was very clean and was a perfect date night mood. We enjoyed our meal and the sides were amazing, especially the Brussel sprouts. I would highly recommend this as a repeat trip destination

   The steaks were very average, seasoned ok, but very dry. The brussel sprouts and macaroni and cheese were good but nothing special. The restaurant is very loud. Our server was very good and attentive. We were very underwhelmed .

   They had one bar tender for the whole restaurant and a lot of people behind the bar seemingly doing nothing. Appetizers showed up before our drink order. Waitress was friendly and agreed the set up doesn’t make any sense.

   Waited 15 minutes after check in for them to “get a table ready” even though it was already ready. Once seated, no one came over to serve us .. once we got someone’s attention, they came over , followed by someone else .. followed by another. We had 3 different people “serving” us before we got the manager. He went away for 5 minutes and finally brought back someone who helped us. The food was great once we were able to order but the service was terrible. From the check in to the servers, the service was awful. We will not be coming back. Food was very tasty though.

   I don’t often take time for reviews, but this experience needs one. While the food speaks for itself, the Steelbach team went above and beyond to make the experience 10/10.

    Food is good however pricing suggestion on the app is misleading. Items are al a carte including bread and sides. Entrees are $30-$60+. Add a side or two at $15 each, bread ad $11 and this becomes a very expensive meal quickly. I don't mind paying more for amazing food, I felt this was just good and the value maybe not there. My bad for not researching before I went.
