Chef Featherstone presents our guests with endless opportunities for large parties up to 400 offsite and 120 onsite. We offer both on and off menu opportunities and will deliver a polished delectable experience for guests whether a dinner party, business gathering or extra special event, we aim to exceed expectations every single time.

MOUNTIAN TROUT WITH STONE GROUND WHITE CHEDDAR GRITS
BEST PORK CHOP IN CLAYTON........HAVE HAD IT AT FORTIFY KITCEN AND

Great place to dine but the piano needs to be removed. Very noisy and difficult to talk with the music. The piped in music overhead is so much better than the piano. We want to enjoy our conversation with our friends without having to yell over the piano. Please take it out!!!!

Overall our experience was great. We were celebrating my wifes birthday and Valentines day! The crab and shrimp dip was awesome. We had the jalapeño mac in cheese and the resoto to share. All the portions where very large. We both order steaks. A ribeye and a filet. When they came out they were both cold. The waiter reacted perfectly. She took them back and had us new staeks out very quickly that were hot and cooked to perfection. The night was still perfect. Things can happen its life. No hard feelings and would recommend everyone to give this place a try. 5 stars in my book. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

This was our first time there.
Brussels sprouts starter was outstanding! Trout was very good but I thought it needed a little more kick or flavor- my wife liked hers as was. Coffee was hot but weak.
Server was not well trained although she tried hard. Didn’t know a lot of things about the meal, didn’t tell us about specials, etc. That’s on management.
I’ll give it another try. The pork chop served next to us looked excellent.

Great food, great ambiance and good times! Old fashioned’s had a little too much bitters, the steaks & sides were great! The chili shrimp and jalapeño mac was fire!

We were in Clayton for a Valentine’s Day getaway. This restaurant was recommended by friends so we had high expectations. Unfortunately our experience was just average. Our table was in the very back of the space next to the kitchen. So there was constant noise from that space. I made the reservation over 2 months in advance so we were disappointed in where we were seated. We didn’t get to hear the live music because the musician was in the main dining space. Our server was average. She told us they had run out of menus so my husband & I shared. After we finished our salads she told us to keep our cutlery because they had run out of those too. How do you run out of silverware when there are vacant tables? As for the food- our chopped salads were good. But my trout was bland and had no flavor. The grits were average and the broccolini was mushy. My husband ordered the meatloaf. He enjoyed his meal. I would consider going back but would try a steak instead.

Stekoa was truly a great find. My husband had a filet (cooked perfectly as ordered) with the Asiago mashed potatoes, and I had the salmon with risotto (also cooked to perfection). We topped off our Valentine’s dinner with the scrumptious carrot cake and coffee. The service was continuous but not invasive. All in all, a perfect 10!
