Honestly and sorry to say I was completely disappointed in the Ribeye steak. Pretty much no seasoning. I would have been better off just going to Texas Roadhouse, which I have had much better Ribeye at a fourth of the price. Not sure how a Steakhouse like Sterlings stays in business if they can’t cook a decent steak??? The only thing good about my experience was the salad, lobster bisque soup and the Brussels sprouts. I would just stick to Texas Roadhouse where I have been dozens of times and have always got a decent steak. Just my opinion but I have eaten a lot of steak in my life and won’t waste my money here again. They didn’t even give me a steak knife.

Steaks were NOT what I was expecting. Filet was slightly overcooked, porterhouse and ribeye were cooked opposite of what was ordered. $450 dinner you expect everything to be right. Sides were very good, lobster 🦞 mashed was amazing, as well the roasted corn, delicious!! Finally, my wife’s butterfly’d well done (yuk) filet was perfect!! For HER. We will come back, and over all recommend, just make sure your food is cooked as ordered.

For such a premium price on the menu, the food was very poor. The atmosphere was poor. Only our server did well.

Steak was cooked so badly it tasted like rubber. Not sure how they call themselves steakhouse.

We went to Serlings for a valentine dinner. The place has a great atmosphere. It gets a little loud right next to the stage where the live music is, but that is to be expected. We enjoyed the food, service, and live music. We will be back!

First time in, loved the atmosphere the decorations! And the music! Service was really good and food was awesome I would go back!

The overall experience was good, I’ve tried many steak houses (Mastros, Ruth’s Chris, Flemings, STK) and to be honest this one fell short of the others for around the same price point. The filet mignon wasn’t as tender as I expected and it really didn’t have much of a flavor other than the butter. The drinks were good, the service was good and the ambiance was good but if I’m gonna spend $280 for a meal, I’d choose other places before coming to this one again.

The meal itself was good. The wine was excellent. The service was okay. The price was high for what we ordered.

Steaks were cooked well, sides were cooked well, but they didn’t seem to salt anyone’s food.

My steak was not cooked medium rare, more on the rare side, and our two side dishes were not ordered or brought out 10 to 12 minutes after our steaks were delivered. Waiter did not apologize BUT took off one side and brought a dessert without letting us know.
