   **Midnight Café Experience** Went here to celebrate Valentine’s Day but the overall experience was bad. The service was terrible since we got there, I had a reservation and still waited for 25 minutes to be seated. It took about an hour to get our food and we were only able to order one drink since the waiter was nowhere to be found. The food was alright, nothing special and the ambiance was good for the ocassion.

   Didn't feel like they were prepared for this holiday. We spent 2 hrs here and almost 1.25 was waiting for our food. We watched others have to leave because it took so long. The food was ok and overpriced. Was comped the bread. The space was nice and different but quite noisy as customers were crowded all over trying to fit in the space. Feels like the amount of money incoming was worth more than the overall experience for the period that were already squished in. Although I'm not sure how a restaurant closes the doors for the night or halts reservations, maybe it's impossible, impractical or simply not feasible.

   Overall the experience was very disappointing and terrible. Starting with our table, we were sat outside 30 mins after our reservation, tables were squeezed so close together there wasn’t any room to walk (the table side Caesar salad maker had to stay 20 ft away from the table), and there was a live band inside that we could not enjoy because we were outside. Sitting people outside is unacceptable when it is freezing out regardless if there are heaters. This was advertised as a white tablecloth diner with live music. The setup was not thought out at all. The service was very slow as well. We ordered drinks when we were sat and it took 30 mins for them to be served. Our entrees took 90 mins to be served after we were sat. Many of the tables around us left without diner and we were close to doing the same. The food was terrible as well. I ordered the baked chicken with Alfredo. The pasta tasted like paste and the Alfredo obviously came out of a jar. My fiancée order the steak frites and it was served cold. Entrees were $30+ and were the quality of a lean cuisine. At the end of the night we received a $160 bill which would be understandable for a white tablecloth meal with live music, not a cold meal on patio chairs. We have ordered from Steuben’s on DoorDash a couple times and figured we should try dining in. After this experience I don’t want to order from Steubens on DoorDash anymore. This was the worst dinner I have had in my life.

   We had our first Valentine’s Day (and my birthday) dinner at their creative theme & dining experience. It’s called cafe midnight with retro 1950’s style. There’s small live band & white cloths on tables. Very cool. Too bad, our food experience is opposite. We like Steuben’s regular menu, but they stated no regular menu. Unable to find what’s their special menu before our reservation. We had bread & butter as appetizer. It was good. We waited long for our entrees. We noticed other tables: they were waiting too and some were not patient. Finally our entrees arrived. My partner’s dinner was roasted half chicken but it was a sad presentation. We thought the chicken would be golden brown delicious (GBD), but it’s not. The pasta was fine, but her chicken looked somewhat undercooked. We complained to our waitress. She sent it back. Then the manager offered her to order different food, so she had steak frites. My surf and turf was ok. Not much flavors. The service was good. I thought the special menu would be bit different, but very close to regular menu. No plans to go back for any another special theme in future. Maybe just go for regular menu occasionally.

   Food is always interesting and filling. Services was phenomenal. People who are not fun shouldn't go to Steubens.

   The food was amazing, the service is the reason I’ll go back every time I visit Denver. This is a must when you’re in the area.

   Great chill vibe, really tasty food! We ordered the fried chicken, both Nashville hot and the regular fried and they were both great. We also got the crispy Brussels Sprouts and fried pickles which were a fantastic start. Special shout out to our server Junior and manager Sean!! They took amazing care of us on my sister’s 50th birthday!

    Great food and great service. Went an hour and a half before a nearby show and made it with plenty of time.
