I went to the soft launch and it was 50% off. I had a pot of jasmine silver tea (very nice, beautifully fragrant), Miso Soup (lovely), the chicken karaage (it was ok, rather flavourless but succulent chicken), Kani Korokke (essentially crab croquette, although I couldn't taste any crab, if it had just been potato I wouldn't have known any different), seaweed salad (wonderful), and the crispy ebi sushi (it was ok- the prawn was still warm which made the sushi rather claggy and heavy). Service was very enthusiastic, the restaurant is large and spacious.

Food was delicious! Service was excellent! They even gave my husband a desert with a candle in as we were celebrating his birthday. Lovely experience I would recommend to anyone.

Dined during the soft opening so guess much quieter than it will be once it's fully opened. Really enjoyed the food.

Really poor service, I understand staff are training but a complete lack of basic customer service. Water not brought when asked for (although charged), missing items never brought, staff not checking in, incorrect bill, finished plates and staff walking past. Nice food, but customer service needs a lot of attention to improve

Ambiance and Decor The ambiance and decor are stunning, with a spacious, airy layout that allows you to truly relax. The tables are thoughtfully spaced, so you never feel cramped or intruded upon. Food Sticks Menu The food was an absolute delight. Each dish (chicken, lamb, salmon, crab, and scallops) was cooked to perfection, with flavors and textures expertly balanced. The seasoning was spot-on—not overpowering but just enough to tantalise the palate and leave you eager for more. Every bite made me want to reach for the menu to plan my next selection. Sushi Menu The sushi, as always, was fresh and impeccably balanced. Each ingredient complemented the others perfectly, creating harmonious bites that impressed with every roll. Staff The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring we never had to wait long for our food. What stood out most was the teamwork—everyone was engaged, present, and working seamlessly together. That sense of cohesion is something I truly value in a restaurant experience. Well done, team! Your soft launch was a resounding success.

We came here on the soft opening. So can understand why things may have been a little shambolic. The food was really great. But the service was a bit all over the place. We ordered a platter to share, and the different elements took over an hour to arrive. With some plates being brought over twice. Would be back for the food.
