Poor service. Waited 20 minutes before anyone asked us if we wanted a drink. Some of our food never arrived and the gap between each plate being bought to the table ranged from 10-25 minutes. When it did arrive the chicken skewer was so burnt and charred it was inedible. To their credit they didn’t charge us for it. Not sure why you’d open a restaurant if you’re not ready.

We have eaten at many Sticks n Sushi locations. It is usually a good experience. However eating at the new Battersea location was dismal. Service was the worst I have experienced in a long time. It took forever for anyone to come to our table. We ordered sparkling water that never came. Plus we were charged for it although we never received it. Our first round of drinks were finished and we basically ate our entire meal without any water or drinks. We finally flagged someone down and ordered another round of drinks. They never came. So we had to flag down another server to ask for drinks a third time. When they finally came back with drinks we were finished with our dinner. I hope the service gets better over time.

Overall a nice meal, I thought the quality of the food was excellent and the drink selection was also very good. The only downside to our evening was the staff. I had a couple of questions at different points throughout the night about the menu and also the condiments being serviced with my food, when I asked these questions on both occasions the response from my server was ‘I don’t know it’s my first day’ which I understand it’s opening night but have you had no training? It was said in quite a rude manner too which just wasn’t necessary, to add insult to injury there was a £30 service charge added on (which I did pay) but I do think the staff need better training.

Exceptional food and attentive table staff. Only comment would be that for set menus the food comes out very quickly

燈光有氣氛，環境舒適，座位乾淨，服務人員親切，食材新鮮，品種選擇多樣化，味道也非常好，唯獨地面設計感覺很滑，會再來。

We went on launch weekend so expected the service to be a bit slow. The food actually came out on time, all dishes were amazing. The staff seemed like they were first time waiters. The place lacks ambience though

The food was absolutely delicious and the friendly service team made us feel very welcome, and well looked-after. This is a wonderful addition to Battersea Power Station.
