   Food excellent but let down by slow service. The staff were great there simply wasn’t enough of the - bar staff could not cope so we were halfway through our meal before the drinks arrived and we had chased twice. Even tap water had to be requested twice Management stop being greedy and put on enough staff to service the number of bookings. Also the table we had was behind a large column away from the main restaurant area so ambience was not as good as it should have been

   We have been to other sticks and sushi restaurants and always have the best time, amazing service, incredible sushi we will definitely be returning

   As the newest of the S&S the resto was quite busy and the service team seemed quiet stretched and under staffed for the afternoon leading to a lack of attentiveness at the table. Festive season and so I appreciate most places are over subscribed at this time. The food, quality and never disappoints Wimbledon Fan.

   Very poor service - had to wait over 30 minutes for 2 soft drinks to arrive, which we had to remind the waitress to bring to us. It took 45 minutes for the first plate of food to arrive - the secreto pork was over cooked and like rubber. The restaurant was freezing as the main door was wide open (in December?!) and the tables around us were not being cleaned properly. Disappointing standards which is why we refused to pay the service charge on our bill - no members of staff apologised for anything being missed or late.

   Excellent food. Menu was extensive and very creatively presented Service could do with some sprucing up. Had to remind them 3 times just to get us water !!

   We normally love sticks n sushi so we were excited to see one had opened at Battersea Power Station. However we were really disappointed. The service was incredibly slow and it took ages to receive our food. We were also seated near the door and it was really cold.

    We used to go to S&S in Greenwich, and it was out first time at Battersea location. The service was below acceptable in comparison to the service we always received in Greenwich. Staff was not present, we had to ask for everything twice, ask multiple times for plates and empty glasses to be taken away as it was piling up as we continued through our meal. The waitress was visibly annoyed for whatever reason, no one asked us about the food- we felt like in a cheap diner. We had to chase the waiter for each round of drinks and for basic service. The place was filled with staff, yet there was visibly either no training provided or they were all young, inexperienced people. Complete disappointment. A place with lovely food killed by the noisy, canteen-like ambience and inattentive staff. Not worth the money you pay.
