   The service was so bad. - my girlfriend asked politely for a different table as we were put near the door and she was told to ‘calm down’ - drinks didn't arrive and we had to ask. We finished our starters before we got them. - they cleared our chopsticks and didn’t replace for mains so we had to ask for new ones. - after our starters they cleared our table and brought us the dessert menu when we still had more food coming. - I had to literally put my hand up to get anyone’s attention.

   Megan was so lovely, it was packed for Valentine’s Day and she was very apologetic about the speed of service and things coming out at different times. Didn’t bother us as we weren’t in a rush and the food was great

   We eat regular at S&S. Chelsea venue much better. Extremely disappointed. Especially from the terrible service.

   The food was impeccable and delicious with stunning flavours. I loved the décor and the space was beautifully designed. We also got a given cute mini dessert as it was my partner's birthday. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if it's a special occasion.

   We went for a family dinner. Restaurant is nice and warm. Staff was attentive and helpful. Food was also very good...so good that we order some extra dishes. Highly recommended

    Its a new branch and needs some improvements overall especially the customer service - constantly waiting for our food/ drinks and looking around for someone to attend us despite seeing numerous members of staff wondering around none seems to know what to do…food is good but better in other branches
