    As I’ve told you before I’m a loyal customer to sticks n sushi but my recent experiences have been getting worse. I made a booking for my friends birthday yesterday and I was very disappointed and embarrassed to see that they hadn’t even reserved us a table. They even had the booking in front of them with my notes. We had to go somewhere else and come back. When we came back no one came to seat us so we just sat at the bar. It would have been nice to acknowledge the mistake and my friends birthday. It was the first time he had been there and was really disappointing due to this.

    everything was great. the food was very tasty, the drinks too. the only thing that was bad was that the coffee machine was broken

    I’ve been to this branch on a number of occasions however on this visit the food was extremely disappointing. Food arrived cold , we ordered multiple dishes and found this was consistent across the board. Staff were lovely and attentive which was great but the food on this visit really let down the entire experience and special occasion we came out to celebrate.

    It was a very enjoyable evening with delicious Valentine menu. There was plenty of food and the four of us all found something we particularly favoured. It was busy which made for a pleasant atmosphere and not too loud.

    Food was amazing and there were so many more dishes we would try on a return visit. Service was horribly inattentive however. And it was a relatively quiet Tuesday evening. We waited ages for each step in the process, including over 15 mins after asking to pay the bill to leave and when they forgot to make and serve the sticks we ordered.
