   Decent food, but one lot of food came out 20 mins after the main items, so one guest was sitting there waiting for his food whilst we all ate. Had to chase and then it arrived.

We do stagger our food service to prevent the table being overwhelmed as we feel this is optimal for the best experience, but are very sorry to hear that this left your guest waiting.    The experience was extraordinary. We had exquisite beef tataki & 2 miso soups. The delicious dessert was a trio of sorbets: Chocolate, Mango & Blackcurrant. Am-aaaazing!
