   Was very excited to eat here. Impressed by the large space, the menu looked awesome with lots of photos. Spent around $150 on a platter of house rolls that looked lovely, but was honestly the most bland sushi we’ve ever had. Our other dishes were similar and the hibiscus margarita smelled like cough medicine.

   As always … a good blend of everything you want. Service was a bit slow today but other than that it’s still one of the best places to go.

   The menu says "Cocktails" and in an italic font next to it that's difficult to read it said "no alcohol". We couldn't see this in the dim lighting and so we ordered two drinks for 12 GBP each thinking it would have alcohol. Turns out they didn't and our server never checked with us to make sure we knew. We asked if they could add a shot of gin to each "cocktail without alcohol"—AKA what any place calls a "mocktail" to avoid any confusion—and instead of changing our drink to match the price of a cocktail with alcohol (which would have been 14 GBP) they charged us 10 GBP on top of our mocktails. Poor experience, poor service, servers should confirm with guests, it takes two seconds. "Just want to confirm you know these are without alcohol?" would have gone a long way. I've worked in hospitality for years, even as a server, and this is just common knowledge.

   Our first time visiting Sticks’n’Sushi during a weekend away and we thoroughly enjoyed. Just a shame there isn’t a restaurant closer to our home.

   Located a stone throw away from the Piazza in Covent Garden. The restaurants over two floors with the ground level for Henrietta Street being quite large seating with high volume noise we were a party of three, initially they attempted to seated us in a odd table which looked like a Benz sign with the ends of the table seating three with two other parties on the other two ends, which we declined due to it being a work event and being able to converse; subsequently was moved to a table for four, which was much more appropriate. The wine selection had significant markup and therefore the quality of wine was pretty much average. Service was rather had a mess because of the busyness of the restaurant which and which was surprising for Tuesday night the food was however good we ordered a platter for three was called set for success: Broccoli. Grilled in supreme soy, served with spicy goma:good Ebi Bites. Tempura shrimp, miso aïoli, chilli, lime & coriande: good Shake Tataki. Salmon, sake-tamari marinated trout roe, daikon, miso, ponzu & daikon cress : average Beef Tataki. Beef fillet with miso aïoli, spring onion, artichoke chips, shiitake & truffle ponzu: good Ebi Panko. Tempura shrimp & spicy sauce, topped with avocado: good Hell's Kitchen. Tempura shrimp, avocado & spicy sauce, topped with tuna & barbecue: good Pink Alaska. Salmon, avocado, cream cheese & lumpfish roe : average Nanban. Chicken, avocado, kataifi, coriander & spicy yuzu-kosho : average Aka Ebi. Argentinian red shrimp, spicy gochujang & garlic butter Tsukune Chilli. Chicken meatballs, chilli dip, teriyaki & spring onions; good Ibericoe Secreto. Miso cured black Iberian pork with lemon: excellent So a rather mixed selection of mostly being above average but really one dish being excellent. I would recommend booking due to the business of the place however I do feel that it’s probably not the best suited place for conversations due to the substantial background noise.

   Positive experience. I didn’t like my counter table location so much but we did book last minute. Food was excellent and service was great. Would go back

   I was at the same place 2 years ago, also in November- then we were 4. Sitting in a nice area of the restaurant and the service and food was excellent. This time, we got the wine at once. Booked the table in October- had a table at the door so very cold dinner. We had to ask for water 3 times… the food was ok - not more. Have also been to one place in Copenhagen with excellent food and service. Overpriced- will not come back or recommend this place.

    I visited Stick n Sushi for the first time this past Friday and I can't recommend it enough! The atmosphere in the restaurant was fantastic, great vibes all around. The food is phenomenal, the quality and freshness of every dish was unreal. Honestly, it's the best sushi I've had in London and I've been looking for a spot like this for ages. Our waiter, Liam was super polite and professional. I also want to give a big shoutout to Sergio, such a friendly person who greeted us at the door and made us feel so welcome. There was a little mix-up with my reservation (I accidentally booked outdoor seating) but he managed to find us a cozy spot inside, even though it was a busy evening. We really appreciated it! I also had the chance to spend some words with Andrea, as warm and professional as the rest of the team. Honestly, the whole experience was amazing. Huge thanks to Liam, Sergio and Andrea for making our night so special! I’ll definitely come back!
