   Great atmosphere. Dark and clubby looking. Service and food are very good and you can hear others speaking! Good spot for a special occasion.

   This was our first time trying Stillwell. We really like Brass Ram and TownHearth, so expected similar experience as they are owned by the same person. This was a disappointment from the beginning, it took 15 min to order drinks, which was a precursor to the rest of our 2.5 hr experience . The food was inconsistent in general. The Tuna Crudo and Shrimp Cocktail were both good. We split the Bone In Ribeye, which also was ok, not anything special. My wife ordered the filet, which they undercooked and then when they put back on they brought back a piece of charcoal (like eating jerky). It took over an hour to get our mains. The onion rings were average, very greasy and really hard. The Brussels were solid. We had the Baked Alaska, which was inedible (rock hard with no flavor). My wife ordered a cappuccino with it and never got it until we were leaving (after asking twice). To be fair they comped my wife’s terrible steak and the cappuccino, which was nice. It just wasn’t a good experience, almost 3 hours on a Sunday night was brutal and the food was very average.

   Third time here. Food is always excellent. We love the bar/lounge area especially. The only negative for this place is the AC… if you’re seated against the windows or the side wall (by restrooms) you will be lasted with air. It also tends to cool the food down faster. Managers are still working on this but ask to not be seated under the vent if your date gets cold easily.

   Our evening at Stillwells was incredible! We were celebrating birthdays as well as annual friends Christmas get together. Andreas went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of - from keeping the champagne flowing to capturing photos for us. The food came out promptly and each dish was delicious. The table was constantly cleared and so well kept. From the second we walked into the Swexan to the minute we left, every step along the way was so beautifully decorated and well serviced. Thank you for making our night so special!

   We enjoyed the food. It was great as always. Jordan, the manager was extremely pleasant and fun to chat with. We have been to Stillwells several times a d it never disappoints!

   Wow, Stillwell’s was amazing! Hadn’t even heard of it until it got the attention from Michelin. Had a work dinner there and the food, decor, service and overall ambience was phenomenal. Highly recommend. -jd

   Everything was perfect. Food and service both exceptional. The steaks cooked to perfection. One minor complaint was bone marrow preparation disappointing. Otherwise great birthday meal .

    Our family diner here for an amazing Thanksgiving dinner. Everything we enjoyed from the dumplings to the lamb were cooked to perfection. Absolutely will be coming back, thank you for a wonderful holiday.
