   I needed to post this review since my last visit and review on this site as well as in Plate magazine and Google in August was so spectacular. After ordering, our server informed us that they could not make my wife's surf and turf burger since they were out of buns. A menu was brought back. After considering options, she suggested that they could use the small plate buns and she would put it together herself. A few minutes later, our server returned stating that it was the burgers they were out of (!?) Why ground beef could not be purchased earlier (we were there at 430) or even get some from another restaurant from the Grove Bay group is beyond me. Outside of that, all the food we had was uninspired. The Calamari had NEITHER salt nor pepper. My octopus was fair, additionally, no salsa verde nor asparagus as is on the online picture. Crabcake was over browned on one side and barely touched on the other. The manager was only visible when we came in but did not intervene with the situation my wife had occurred. Table touches are critical especially when you have to tell a guest NO. We were disappointed that most of the outstanding items that were on the menu in August have been taken off.

   My only complaint would be, that our table was not ready at the time of arrival which was for in door sitting. We had to sit outdoors, because the table was still occupied by other patrons. Other then this, the food and service were very nice.

   Hope Stilsville does not turn into a sport bar The vibe used to be very surf orientated ( hence the name Stiltsville ) felt a bit more sports bar

   Our server, Kevin, was great. Highly recommend just getting a crispy whole fish and most of the sides for the table, esp watermelon salad and grits!

   Our outstanding server, Reni, helped my wife pick out a 2lb snapper which we had roasted. Was delicious! Started with a large stone crab claw and a “Finding Nico” cocktail. All were excellent. Would highly recommend.

   Beautiful view! Great vibe inside the restaurant. The WHOLE fish slow roasted was to die for! Watermelon salad, deviled eggs and peel and eat shrimp were outstanding! What a beautiful experience!
