   We arrived on time for our reservation yet somehow I received an email stating I was marked as a no show? So now I am currently disputing this issue. Nonetheless, we came during happy hour. We were seated immediately and the host brought waters, we asked about the happy hour specials and she didn’t know and said she was not the waiter. I understand you aren’t the waiter but I do think as an employee you should know the restaurant specials. Our server was really nice, attentive and had great drink recommendations. I forget his name but he had some facial piercings. I will say for the place being fairly empty the bar was moving a little slow but we weren’t in a rush. Good vibe, decent food & happy hour but now sure if I will be back.

   Service, location , food was excellent. We were first seated at a table with really worn out and torn chairs. But on request were moved to another space where the seating was good.

   After reviewing different Thanksgiving options, Stirr looked to have a good Thanksgiving menu, so we gave it a shot. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. It was pretty apparent the staff was struggling with the service. We were only offered water… Eventually had to ask to order sodas (all were flat). It took about 40 mins for the first course (soups and salads) to arrive at the table. We sat near the kitchen and could see the hustle and bustle. It was holiday and they had a special menu in addition to the regular menu, so I have to give some grace. This was my first time going out on Thanksgiving, so I didn’t know what to expect. Working in a service focused industry, I just appreciate them being there on the holiday. The food was good, but everything seemed overly peppered. The turkey was nicely cooked, not dry. I will give an A+ to the salad on the Thanksgiving menu — I could have eaten more of that for sure! The peach cobbler for dessert was a yummy!

   Where should I start?! We arrived early for Thanksgiving Dinner, our host was helpful as she settled my mom a table closer to the restaurant door (Knee replacement challenges). The server (name is unknown, but he had a lip ring) introduced himself and asked about beverages for the table. It started out smooth, we ordered and even made note of dessert. Although, the starters arrived as normal (15 minutes) after ordering the main course arrived (50 minutes)! The server told us there was big party, but the food was coming. Really, that sounds like a EXCUSE!! Eventually, he checked on our table (another 12 minutes later). As, we attempted to enjoy the food. Again, “attempted”, the food was so so but the turkey was good! We waited another 20 minutes, as we patiently waited for our server to return to our table. No drink refills. There was another server asked if we needed anything. Because, we were physically annoyed and she saw it on our faces. My sister had to find the server and tell him we were ready for dessert/check. Dessert arrived another 30 minutes later, served from another food runner. I’ve been in hospitality in 20 plus years and SERVICE is the butter and bread for any business/restaurant. The restaurant, our server and the management team failed! I’m hoping there is a follow-up meeting with your management team, that includes feedback (front and back of the house) team members. I usually don’t submit reviews, however I couldn’t let this go. I won’t be back!

   We’ve eaten at this place before & it was absolutely amazing. However, this time it was not a good experience. We went at like 8pm on a Saturday & it felt like the entire restaurant had already shifted to a bar even though the kitchen wasn’t closing for a while. We waited 10min to be seated (missing hostess), then another 25min before we got assigned a waitress (no water or anything on the table). My fiancé’s food was good, but the Hawaiian ribeye was nothing special & not worth the money. It has no flavor & the pineapple was burnt. Their alcoholic drinks were great, but we didn’t get them until after our dinner was already halfway eaten. Hoping they were just having a bad night because there was also what looked like a wedding reception in the back room.

   went here for my girl’s birthday brunch. this was super cute and the roof had a view of the skyline. rebecca was super nice and gave my girl a cheesecake slice on the house for her birthday, a long with a little alcoholic slushie drink. definitely great and the prices made sense for what you got.

    Our server was great and service they provided was amazing. The host person was so busy on the phone, they didn’t really speak to us, just motioned us where to go.
