   I feel so bad for the people I invited to this place. First they called me about 3 times hounding me about my reservation for the number of people in my party. I also got 2 text to confirm. Than OpenTable responded they marked me as a NO SHOW.REALLY! Wish we hadn’t shown up. Got there had to wait over 30 minutes past reservations to be seated. Than they wanted to sit us at the front door where people were in in out and it was cold. I refused the hostess at front acted like oh well so I asked for manager and asked to move party to back so we could be comfortable. For goodness sake I had a reservation. The decor is beautiful but this restaurant is a sardine can. It’s packed. The set up also no privacy while eating especially in front of restaurant and staff walking by bumping the back of you or your table while eating. People butts on your back. Yuck. Especially in the front. We did have an amazing hostess. The food was only ok and the prices are EXTREMELY ridiculous. We had to ask for the complimentary bread and it was greasy and we had no silverware or napkins. Just a bunch of dirty glasses on table a few napkins here and there. 1/4 cup of wine was like 32$….really. 2 people will spend close to $300 just on 2 drinks n 2 meals and that’s sharing sides. Look I can definitely afford it but make it make sense. Than for 12 people they only did 4 checks. They took our party whole lump sum and split on 4 checks. Awful. We sat there over 40 mins figuring out who to pay back and make it right. There is absolutely no reason they couldn’t do separate. Manager was an absolute no help and said basically he just work there. Don’t go here. I woulda had a better dinner experience at just going to Ruth Chris and would have paid their prices and been just great. STK…………count your days because this establishment in ATL is the worse I been to. I’m surprised it’s survived this long. Ruined our whole evening. NO VALET. For this supposedly upscale restaurant walk around corner 2 deck

   I dined here for a birthday and the food was okay, but when the tab is greater than $150 for two people… it has to be more than just “okay”. When we arrived to our table, the table was set fairly; the silverware was on the table and not wrapped in napkin or linen. The glass cups we were given to drink out of were dirty and sticky. The cinnamon bread they give before the meal was okay. This is because it was lukewarm just like our main courses (fries, steak, and ribeye). The table placement was off. They sat us by the bar where we could hear glasses clashing every 5 minutes and the table was barely big enough for our meals. Overall, food temp and cleanliness were the main issues.

   This place used to be so nice but now it’s really loud and rambunctious! However I waitress was very seeet. The bread is still amazing & I had 4 oz of wagyu that was decent at best.

   Check in experience was absolutely atrocious with the entire experience being disorganized and with one of the hostess' marking me as a "no show" while quite literally standing in front of her. That said, once seated, the food and service -- via our waiter -- was incredible; very typical of STK. This is my favorite STK in terms of aesthetics but my least in terms of simply executing the check-in/walkthrough process. The front bar is also overwhelmed. This could strictly be because it's SEC Championship weekend, but even if so, management should do a better job planning. Overall, I'd recommend, but I'd tell the gentleman to make sure they preface the chaos at check-in with their wives/dates.

    Great vibe and music for a high-end Steakhouse. Service could have been better...but the staff was very busy and deep in the weeds as it was SEC Championship weekend. Food was outstanding. I would go back again.
