    We arrived yesterday and was sat outside in the patio. 9 pm arrival reservation. Didn’t eat until 10:15pm. Was informed more people were sat then usual and food would be late. Food didn’t arrive hot. It was cold. 10 minutes of receiving our food we were handed the bill. Not even dent was done in our plates before rushed out. The vibe was terrible, food over priced. Service was the worst experience. Could never recommend.

    I was really looking forward to dining at this restaurant, but the experience was a complete letdown. From the moment we were seated, it felt like we were being rushed out the door. Our server, Gigi, barely acknowledged us, took our order without much engagement, and then disappeared for most of the meal. The biggest issue? They dropped the check before we even received our food. No explanation, no apology—just a clear message that they wanted to turn the table as quickly as possible. It was incredibly off-putting, especially for a restaurant at this price point. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect at least some level of service and hospitality, but that was completely missing here. To make matters worse, when our food finally arrived, it was just average. Nothing special, nothing memorable—certainly not worth the high prices. And not once did Gigi check in to see if we needed anything or if we were satisfied with our meal. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Poor service, overpriced food, and a complete lack of care for the customer. With so many great restaurants out there, I wouldn’t waste my money or time here again.

    Food was fantastic. Service on the other hand was terrible and we were shoved in a small room on top of other tables. People had to get out of their seats for others to get in and out. The couple who had the table behind us had to ask us to move our table and eventually just left because it was still too tight. Love STK but I’m not sure I’d return to the Boston location.

    Service was rushed for the food coming out but drinks took way too long. Got our appetizer before bread or soda or water was on the table. Way too loud to talk to date. Tables way too close together, people kept bumping our table and spilling our drink.

    My girlfriend and i walked in for dinner and wanted to leave. Music was so loud we had to yell at the host our reservations. 2 drinks at the bar $65 definitely wasn't worth it. Walked over to grill 23 450ft down the road got right in and had an amazing dinner. STK way over priced.

    We were sat crowded next to other people even though there were empty tables. Out server was not attentive and we had to hunt her down for drinks. The donuts were stale and cold and for 130.00 the steak was barley chewable

    The worst high-end steak experience I’ve had. Scratch that, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had - period. We were sat, on a cold snowy Valentine’s Day date, at a small cold patio table that had no room between our table and the next - I was forced to sit in the aisle. When we asked to change tables, they told us there were none available. There were plenty of empty tables available throughout the time we were there. Chairs were uncomfortable. It was an incredibly awkward seating experience. I ordered the small ribeye medium rare. It came to me overcooked. Two waiters agreed it was overcooked and they made me a new one. The next one came undercooked. I decided to keep it because I didn’t want to wait anymore. God awful steak. Thin. Poorly seasoned. Poorly marbled. My husband’s New York strip was better, but we agreed we get better cuts at Costco and better cooked at home. These were $81 a steak. Our server was great, considering. He spoke with the manager and managed to get us a free dessert. We selected The Cloud. It was terrible. Alcohol on fire poured over cotton candy and other sugary bits. The person who served the dessert didn’t say a word to us and seemed to hate her job. When the waiter asked us how the dessert was we just said, “it was something”. He knew we had a bad experience and I’m really disappointed the manager never came to personally apologize. It was loud. It was cold. It was bad. Horrible. Horrible.

    This was an extraordinarily disappointing experience except for the steak (which was barely warm when served) but still good. Reception was cold, wait staff confused, sides mediocre at best, and the bill was $850 for 6 souls who endured repeated and frequently forgotten requests. Manager intervention was minimal and overall experience was something not consistent with other STK locations. I can honestly say this entire restaurant needs an intervention by corporate!

    Valentines, I decided to go with my wife the day after. They had open reservations, so I was mildly confused how they had so many open spots. Turns out they added plastic chairs and tables to crowd the entire dining room. It was uncomfortable and hard to eat. Food was okay, steak we ordered was the porter, it came out cooked more on one half than the other and looked as though it was mangled by a bear before serving. Do as you will with this information.

    Horrible experience over booked then waited forever to be seated. Once we were seated, we found out there was a two hour wait for the food to come out mind do they close at 1 AM we got seated at 12:33. Would’ve been nice to know that the food was going to take two hours to come out before waiting one hour to be checked in not even seated.
