   First time coming to STK. with this location right in downtown Chicago, it was packed! Even being 10 mins late for our reservation we were seated quickly. I will never understand the point of having music blasting so loud in a setting where you have to hear another individual. My waitress decided to wear a face mask and between the music or a birthday celebration we could hardly hear her. No big deal, though. Food was really good. For $60 I could have received a bit more short rib but really tender and flavorful. My wife had the lamb chops and we shared a macaroni and cheese with lobster. 9.5/10

   They put us in the back room and it was a whole different vibe. You can’t charge luxury prices for a mediocre experience.

   Unfortunately, my experience at STK was very poor. I was actually pretty surprised. I had family out here from LA for my birthday and decided to dine here. First off, prices are out the ROOF— more than Mastro’s or BOA which is fine but I would expect this place to give 5-star and it gave about a 2. Our waiter was very friendly but we were sat in a weird “overflow” area that was designed like a cheap-ish wedding venue. Ok? Then we were informed we needed to put all of our order in at the same time. What?! We waited a long time (about 45 mins for our food) to come out COLD. We alerted our waiter and she brought the manager over. The manager made the experience even worst. He was condescending and rude! Not apologetic at all. A couple of us returned our food and got a salad because the wait to re-do our food was pretty ridiculous. He discounted our bill but it just didn’t make up for the experience at all. The experience was HORRIBLE! I will never be back here, again. I was so shocked that this was an STK establishment. Totally different than LA and Vegas locations. If you’re looking for a great, upscale steakhouse— go somewhere else!

   Waitress was least attentive. Had to go looking for her to even get drink orders in and find her at the bar to ask for our desert order and check. Was for a birthday celebration and nothing special was done. Food took over an hour, and the restaurant was oddly hot, no AC.

   Amazing food and service!!! The drinks were even more phenomenal. The ambiance was very energetic so not the best for a quiet dinner, but definitely perfect for any celebration and just having a great time!

   Came here for the 69 dollar deal. I didn't know that you had to have someone with you in order to utilize it. The drink i had was good but for 20 bucks it could have had more liquor in it. I didn't appreciate the fact I had to pay for water. The steak was ok, nothing to write home about. I enjoyed my mash potatoes and apple pie more than anything. My sever was nice and I was given a complimentary drink because it was my birthday. I have no complaints about the restaurant or the service. I just really would've like a more enjoyable steak for such expensive prices.

   Our overall experience was good! The staff was super friendly and the ambiance was incredible. Will definitely be back in the future

    The food was great and so was service and experience, but the restaurant was extremely hot! I had a dress on and was still uncomfortably hot!
