Wow, the ambience definitely set this place apart! The aesthetic was perfect. However, the service we received was horrible. We arrived in the restaurant on an (Thursday night) and were not acknowledged or greeted until a waiter in passing asked if we needed to be seated. Once seated, we waited I know at least 15-15 minutes before even realizing who our waitress MAY have been after she’d walked back and forth passing us several times. My husband then asked was she our waitress she replied, YES I am very passively, then asked if we needed (water) while she waits on the rest of our party. Mind you we had a reservation for 7 people, 6 of us were already seated. I’m guessing there wasn’t enough of us for her to at least acknowledge that we were already seated and waiting? After finally getting water to us, we waited an additional 20 minutes before she came back and asked us where we ready to order cocktails. My husband wanted to order an appetizer, however when mention to this waitress, she told us we had to order our entrée and our appetizer all at once. I could go on and on about this experience. But I’ll save myself the headache, I would not recommend this restaurant if you’re looking to truly enjoy yourself while spending a pretty penny. Overall, the food was pretty tasty. A few people in my party did not like their food, but I enjoyed mine. The pricing just does not equal to the service that we received. I totally regret booking this place for my husband‘s 36th birthday dinner. His birthday was not even acknowledged by neither the waitress or the manager once we spoke with him. The service completely turned my husband off from the very beginning so much to the point that he did not even order an entrée. He only ordered an appetizer. The appetizer was mini burgers with truffled fries, he only received the burgers. Mind you this selection was on an happy hour special for $6 dollars. However, when she brought us the check she charged it as full price which was $26.
