   Amazing service, Ryan Dane! He managed our food allergies thoughtfully and without issue, and was just super fun to interact with. Food was amazing-cocktails delish, Brussels sprouts to die for, and the steak, top notch! And my 20 something kiddos raved about the play list! Great ambience, service, and food. A wonderful experience overall!!!

   Made a last minute Christmas evening reservation for four (9:15p). Sat at a high-top vs. a table which was strike one. Steaks were exceptionally expensive, which i don’t mind spending for quality. Delmonico ($117) was undercooked and quite fatty. One filet was overcooked and sent back, only to come back out just prior to dinner being complete. Service was very good, although a bit disappointed something wasn’t comped for the inconvenience (I wasn’t expecting them to comp a $100 steak, but something). As a frequent higher-end restaurant patron, I’ll think twice before giving STK - Denver another shot.

   Ryan D was a great server. We just wished we were able to get seated a regular table versus the high tops even with a reservation

   The service was fantastic. The food was incredible, albeit pricey. The music was fun, just a little too loud, but it felt totally appropriate for the downtown scene. I recommend STK and I’d go again.

   I’ve been to STK in San Francisco so I was excited to try their Denver restaurant. Never again. The noise level was ridiculous. It felt like being in a nightclub. We were seated at 7:25 for a 7pm reservation and didn’t get our food until 8:40. When it came it was awful. We ordered prime rib, medium rare, and it arrived well done. Extremely disappointing experience. Definitely will not be going there again. The only upside was that they did comp our meals but since it was Xmas Day we’d have much rather have had good food and service.

   Thank goodness for the Spirit of Christmas, because without it, my ratings would be worse. Waiting 50 minutes past reservations to be sat. I was told “it’s hard to seat parties of 1.” Very insensitive on a holiday, you don’t know peoples stories. After being sat, server was fantastic. Cocktail menu was fantastic. My main course took 1hr and 30 mins to get to my table. Worst part, a $120 steak came out the wrong temperature. The manager recovered the situation, but in all honesty it was like watching an establishment who was experimenting with the thought of being open on a major holiday and had no idea how to function with the level of interest of patrons. STK is a great establishment, but I wouldn’t dare try to host a group here on Christmas without being embarrassed.

   Wonderful and fun! Food and service was great! However, for the price, I would expect a little more attentiveness to serving situations. We had to ask for extra plates and silverware. For the price I think there should be a more formal change out of all of this. Just make it more special. Otherwise, all was good.

   The Filet Mignon was exceptional. Loved the crab cake, the Yukon mashed potatoes and the Creamed spinach. We always love the complimentary bread. Sam really made an effort to make everything perfect for us this Christmas night. Thank you :).

   Food was extremely spicy, the menu should say the dish is spicy. High top tables with little chairs aren’t for big people, extremely uncomfortable.

    The place is beautifly decorated and the food is delicious. However, the place is extremely noisy and with clubby vibes, including a dj. A bit much if you want a quality relaxing dinner. This is a mix of a club, restaurant, sports bar all together. Loud and a bit overpriced.
