   My girlfriend has always wanted to try STK, so when we noticed there was a Restaurant Week menu we decided to give it a shot before spending full price. The meal started off well with the tuna tacos, which were tasty. I ordered a medium-rare ribeye and my girlfriend ordered the surf and turf. We had a long wait between apps and our steaks, long enough to where the table of 6 near us had already been served, finished their meal, and the table bussed. When our steaks finally arrived I was extremely disappointed. My steak was unbelievable thin and cooked medium-well. My girlfriend's medallions were warm, but not hot. A manager came by to ask us how our steaks were. He noticed I hesitated before I said they were fine. He pressed me and I told him what was wrong with our meal. He offered to "heat" my girlfriend's medallions but she declined because she doesn't like to send food back. He told me that it's very hard to cook my steak to order because it's so thin, but he would have the kitchen make me a new steak.I declined because I wanted to eat together instead of separate. He said he would discount our steaks since we were not happy. When the bill arrived we noticed a discount of $7.60 off our $146 bill. While we appreciated the gesture, we were disappointed with this discount. I have never seen such a thin steak, especially for the amount of money. It was tough and chewy and did not taste like the Prime steaks we've had at other restaurants. I didn't finish my meal because I didn't enjoy it. We were excited to try this restaurant, but we left extremely dissatisfied. I don't think we will ever go back.

   This was our second visit to STK and it was almost better than our first Food was excellent cooked perfectly, pleasant texture, aroma awesome Service was on point, food delivered on time, never ran out of drinks and very welcoming

   Ihad the salmon and it was great. It was during Denver restaurant week and the service was good. Great experience.

   We went for my birthday in the middle of the week and did their dinner for two deal. It was excellent value and the food and service were great. We dined here two years ago and felt it was fine, so we wanted to try it again and really had an outstanding experience this time. We will definitely go back.

   Great food and a good wine selection. We had the Restaurant Week menu, which was great value. The normal menu is pricey, so maybe a special occasion only.

   We had 8:00 reservations and i guess they don’t stick to their 1.5 hr table rule because we had to wait 40 mins because people were lingering at their tables. The hostesses were very nice and I felt bad for them because many people were not patient. Our waiter was excellent! We had calamari which had too much batter, the Sea Bass which was delicious but only served with very tough Bok Choy and nothing else and the lamb chops which were very good. Very loud music which is probably fine for some people.

   All of our steaks and sea bass were over cooked. Very expensive and not an amazing food experience.

   It was unsettlingly loud. The service was slow at first, mostly attentive, but then we were rushed out for a large party that obviously needed our actual table. Being rushed is a cardinal sin for me. The Wagyu lil burger sliders were cute & yummy. The filet was tough, dry & overdone. It was ordered medium rare. The Mac n cheese side was lovely, rich & creamy. I will not be back.

    We made reservations for Denver Restaurant Week. The food was delicious and the service was very good. Portions for the price are on the small side. Happy Hour menu is a good option to have a more reasonably priced meal.
