   While I understand STK may have a corporate standard, absurdly loud music on a Sunday afternoon was completely unnecessary. It took away from the atmosphere and quite frankly made the experience unbearable. Last I checked it was a steakhouse not a night club. The service was OK, pleasant, but not attentive and the place was hardly busy at 3pm. I would hate to see when the restaurant was actually busy. Totally not with the price.

   I must say — the STK Orlando is the best restaurant in the Disney Springs area! I surprised my mom with a brunch and Cirque show so I made reservations here. It was the best dining experience I’ve had in a while! The meal was beyond delectable. I ordered the filet mignon with eggs and French toast and mom ordered the Wagyu Burger. Not only was the food amazing, we were seated by the opening to the porch and the DJ was bumping an awesome setlist. Shout out to Shane for being a great server, and special thanks to the manager, John, who ensured we had a great experience. I cannot wait to get back soon and check out the rest of the menu!

   Food was okay at best. Very overpriced but that’s to be expected at Disney springs. What gets the lowest stars would be service. We had a reservation at 7:45, and did not get sat til 9, granted, we accidentally put 8 instead of 9 for the party size. We were sat at a table for 8 at 8:45 and then got a new table at 9 for party of 9. So either way, over an hour after our 7:45 reservation. For a party of 9 our tab was $800 which is only with 2 wines and a couple coke products. Overall, would not return. You’re better off going to downtown Orlando with less crowds, similar prices and significantly better food and dining experience. Staff was friendly but it’s an overpriced wannabe steakhouse that sounds like a club and that tries to also make a thin poorly cooked steak.

   We have been there multiple times, usually a great experience. Our server was also a bartender and spent most of her time attending to bar patrons. We waited lengthy periods between follow up re: drinks/dessert, etc. beautiful restaurant as usual, great music. Filet was a tiny bit over cooked but good. We love STK and was likely a one-time less than good experience

   This unfortunately was not a great dining experience for us. I’ve dined at this location several times as well as other STK locations and for some reason even with a reservation, we are almost always seated 20 minutes after our reservation time. Our server was very lovely and knowledgeable but unfortunately the restaurant was just so busy (or maybe he could not handle the number of folks in his section?) that we received both our bread service and appetizer before ever getting a cocktail and a sweet tea. It was nearly impossible to get refills on the tea and I did not bother ordering a second cocktail because I just knew it would come after the meal was finished which I did not want. We both ordered a medium steak, different cuts. His was severely under and bleeding, mine was over and barely pink. I also think that the tuna appetizer upset both of our stomachs later that night which is pretty uncommon for us. The best thing about the meal and always consistent is the bread + dipping sauce. It will be awhile before we try STK again. It just seems silly to fork over $300+ for a very mid experience. If the food had been outstanding, we could have looked past the service.

    Travis was our waiter and was superb:) made a reservation for Sunday Brunch just because of his service!
