Le STK vous propose astucieusement une formule deux en un : le steakhouse moderne et le salon chic. Le grand salon central est aménagé avec des banquettes en cuir crème et en forme de carreaux de peau de crocodile. Il est entouré d'une salle à manger surélevée, seyant aux repas plus formels. Toutes les tables sont illuminées par un éclairage de scène théâtrale, tandis qu'un DJ investit tout l'espace d'une énergie communicative. Le STK Orlando vous accueille à Disney Springs et, chose promise, chose due, le steak est en le moment fort. Au STK, vous aurez droit à de la découpe en petites, moyennes et grandes pièces ou encore à des choix de viande d'animal élevé naturellement et même à du bœuf wagyu ou de Kobe, pour les palais qui caressent ce péché mignon. Really nice restaurant. Not so nice tasting food. Definitely not a place I will return to.

While I enjoyed my dinner and the overall experience, I was not impressed that they have a rule that everything must be ordered all at once, drinks, apps and dinner. Sometimes I like to have a cocktail and an appetizer then order dinner after. But I’m assuming they want to push you out the door to seat another party. Even after a $128 steak with a $13 pad of butter and a $7 seasoning rub. Ridiculous!

Our experience at STK Orlando felt rushed. We finished our appetizers before the bread even arrived, and when it did, it was only about two minutes before our main courses. The tots were undercooked, so we sent them back, but they weren’t returned until the end of our meal. On the plus side, the waiter was attentive and provided good service, even removing the tots from the bill. Overall, the pacing of the meal could have been much better, but the wait staff was great.

Upon arrival, our wine glasses and table were smudged with greasy fingerprints. In the dining room, the atmosphere was unexpectedly casual, with many guests dressed in shorts, baseball hats, and flip-flops. Our medium-rare porterhouse steak arrived overcooked, but the staff promptly replaced it and offered a complimentary side. Unfortunately, the replacement steak was undercooked and nearly raw. Overall, we found this location to be overrated—too casual for the price point and lacking in quality food, service, and ambiance.

Everything was great. If we had to nitpick the server was pretty much an order taker and didn't engage at all nor did he tell us his name. Other than that the food was terrific.

Literally in my 60 years never met a more rude hostess at a really nice restaurant. It is no wonder the place was 1/2 empty on a Sunday afternoon and every other restaurant around the (Boathouse) had a 2 hour wait. The music was so loud the server could literally not hear us order. Been to one in Vegas and other locations but will not being going back for a $545.00 lunch for 4 people.

We had a reservation at 6:30. This was our 3rd time going. We had to wait between 50-60 minutes to be sat. I can’t say I’ve ever waited that long at any restaurant in the world with having a reservation ahead of time. Since we had waited so long, we tried to have our entire meal ready to order when the server came. It still took more than 20 mins for drinks to come out and our steaks were undercooked. Just a really disappointing meal for how much we spent. Each time I’ve been it has been worse than the time before.

We had a reservation and still had to wait almost an hour for our table. The food was great but just super expensive
