   We had to wait 30 minutes past our reservation time. Ambience was cool. Food was very good, but was also very expensive. Some of it was worth the money and some not. Brussel sprouts were just okay. Steak was very good. Bread was awesome and burrata was delicious.

   The restaurant was taking all comers, so our reservation didn’t mean anything. We had to wait almost an hour past our reserved time. Once seated things were good. Service was fine. Drinks and appetizers were good. However we ordered steaks and I wanted to try the Japanese style wagyu. When they arrived almost an hour after ordering they were room temperature and dry. Obviously just sat there forever before someone brought them out. I soon realized my $300 steak was just a normal overcooked filet. We didn’t say anything. We just waited for the check and left.

   What’s the point of a reservation when you and others have to wait over an hour to be seated ? STK purposely over books so they can maximize profit , and they make the customers pay. Reservations are important when you have other activities planned that evening . STK doesn’t care about the customer, they care about money

   We had a reservation at 6:15pm and were not seated until 7:20pm. Would recommend when there’s an event at the Delta Center, the restaurant take reservations only to be able to service the guests trying to make the show. Aside from that, our host Joan was amazing and very efficient!!

   This restaurant is so poorly managed, the food is sub par, the service is boring and the atmosphere is awful.

   Had a 6pm reservation. Waiting until 7:15 for that table. By the time they came up to use to seat us we just ate the bar. Manager said he was super apologetic and would “take care of us”. Never did. This place doesn’t have their act together yet. They were over busy and couldn’t handle people who had reservations.

   Everything was really good except for the parmigiana and jalapeño hash browns. Very nasty.

    My husband and I had a birthday dinner at STL Salt Lake City (We are celebrating my husband birthday. We live in Los Angeles, CA - we are here on vacation.) The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We paid the bill including tips for less than $300
