   The restaurant was taking all comers, so our reservation didn’t mean anything. We had to wait almost an hour past our reserved time. Once seated things were good. Service was fine. Drinks and appetizers were good. However we ordered steaks and I wanted to try the Japanese style wagyu. When they arrived almost an hour after ordering they were room temperature and dry. Obviously just sat there forever before someone brought them out. I soon realized my $300 steak was just a normal overcooked filet. We didn’t say anything. We just waited for the check and left.

   We had a reservation at 6:15pm and were not seated until 7:20pm. Would recommend when there’s an event at the Delta Center, the restaurant take reservations only to be able to service the guests trying to make the show. Aside from that, our host Joan was amazing and very efficient!!

   This restaurant is so poorly managed, the food is sub par, the service is boring and the atmosphere is awful.

   Everything was really good except for the parmigiana and jalapeño hash browns. Very nasty.

   My husband and I had a birthday dinner at STL Salt Lake City (We are celebrating my husband birthday. We live in Los Angeles, CA - we are here on vacation.) The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We paid the bill including tips for less than $300

   While the food and service was generally good it was totally overpriced. The price of the meal should have been half of what it was for the overall experience.

   Service from our waiter Dan was excellent and food was good.. It wasn’t crowded when we went on Sunday night but the noise level was still high so prepare for that.

   We’ve been here twice now. Great food - consistently well executed, great service, great music, great vibe. It’s pricey but a really fun experience. Get the crab out of the claw if you’re into that!

    I had read a bunch of the reviews about how people were complaining how it was way too loud. The food was so good that they could’ve had a band playing on our table and it still would’ve been worth it. I do believe that’s the best steak I’ve ever had. I got the dry aged Australian flat steak. With the amazing wagu butter. My wife got the filet and both were amazing.
