Food is amazing, not sure why we make reservations when you still have to wait 30 min? Other than that this place is amazing, I'll admit it's worth the wait.

Food was very underwhelming. I had the rib cut filet medium rare asparagus and tater tots. Short version: rib cut filet steak 2/10, asparagus 7/10, tater tots 4/10. Long version: There was no sear on the exterior, the steak was cooked to medium rare internally, but the lack of a crust or sear on the surface was disappointing. Jacob was our server. He was very nice. I’m happy to pay top dollar for a great overall experience and top notch food, but this was not it. There was not enough execution to warrant the price tag. Service was very fast which is awesome. Cool vibe and decor. Poor food execution.

Really overpriced for what you get. The presentation is poor and the lighting made the food look kinda gross. The steak was the same quality you would get at a very mid range steakhouse. There are way better options for a better steak. The ice rug lettuce had a lot of brown spots and the Mac and cheese looked and tasted reheated. One timer for us.

The service was impeccable, the food was exquisite, and the environment was a vibe. The blue crusted filet was juicy, tender and the best steak I've ever had. The mashed potatoes with truffle butter had the perfect taste. The Parmesan fries were great and the bread with blue butter were spot on. The presentation of melting the butter onto the steaks set this place apart from any other restaurant we've been to. It was my fiance's birthday and they brought him a dessert with a sparkler! The attention to detail made our experience an exceptional one and we'll be going back for special occasions.

Very well done and great food and service. Short rib is the tenderest falls apart. Rack of lamb was spectacular. This is not your mother and fathers fine dining venue and you shouldn't expect it to be. Great nouveau ambiance with great food.

The Steak Night America menu is a good value. The food is just okay thought.

Went to STK for my anniversary only to find that the food selection was very limited, they were out of almost everything on the menu.

They were out of half of the steaks they had on their menu. We had to wait an hour before our food arrived and by the time it showed up, the steaks were cold. The couple to our right never received their salad and the couple to our right who had just sat down received another tabke's desserts while they were still holding menus to order. Would not recommend this place.

The vibe was cool and the food wasn’t bad, compared but to Ruth’s Chris the quality just doesn’t compare. I got a steak for $120 that didn’t melt in my mouth the same way an $80 steak at Ruth’s Chris would. Our waiter was great and very attentive. The appetizer, the lil brgs, were really good. Our sides, Parmesan mashed potatoes (sooo good) and the sautéd mushrooms with bacon and goat cheese were a nice add to our steak. We got the “cloud” dessert, which had a cool experience. ( they poured flaming alcohol over it) was tasty, but we also got some big bites of Captain Morgan with the cake and that was… eh. Overall the experience was okay, I just didn’t think the quality of the food really met the price for what I’ve had at other top dollar restaurants.
