   The drinks and bread arrived 20 minutes after we had already finished our meal. On top of that, the check never came we had to keep asking for it and finally received it another 30 minutes later. It wasn’t itemized, and the server essentially pressured us into leaving a tip despite the horrible service.

   My wife had sea bass and daughter the salmon while I ordered the New York Strip. While the food was on par with some nicer restaurants, it was nothing to get excited about justifying the prices charged. We decided to celebrate a birthday there, unfortunately the ambiance of restaurant is terrible. The music was very loud to the point of making it impossible to have a conversation with my family, think dance club genre/volume. Guests would complain and it would be turned down only to be turned back up in minutes. The tables are far too close to each other. The large party at table next to us that was well overserved and should have been cutoff two dinks ago, would continually get up to try and converse with others at the other end of their table, this would cause them to drag their butts along the edge of our table nearly taking the table cloth and settings with them three times. Of course they were completely oblivious to the situation. This birthday celebration has been memorable for all the wrong reasons, we will not return to this or any other STK restaurant. Will not recommend, but warn.

   Steak was undercooked, rather dark inside so hard to tell. Sent back and it taste like it had been microwaved, ended up feeling really sick all night and the next morning. Disappointing at best.

   Our experience was incredible from start to finish! I highly recommend trying the Japanese waygu and the crab cake. I also loved the cowgirl bone in ribeye with the truffle butter. Jordan provided great hospitality and the hosts and all staff were accommodating. We will be back.

   I have now been here twice for celebrations and every time it's perfection! Having a birthday here feels special and the food never disappoints. The servers offer great recommendations and are on top of drink refills and making sure we have the best experience. I'll continue to come here for birthdays and anniversaries!    We never had a dedicated host to take our orders or check on us during Sunday night service. Many members served other guests, and the manager only stopped by occasionally. We had a good experience first time at this restaurant and one bad experience, today's service made us realize it was not a one-off. We won't be spending our money here again it’s best to go to places you feel value that’s doesn’t always come automatically.

    Although, the food was really good. My spouse and I couldn’t really hear each other without yelling at each other because the music was so loud, that we thought our conversation was leading into the next table (which were less than an arms distance away).
