   3 week reservations and they put us at a high table next to the entrance. Looked like it was for walking or overflow. Both steaks were cooked incorrectly. The undercooked one was reheated and it came out charred but still undercooked. The asparagus was horrible. Looked and tasted like microwaved left overs. Mac and cheese was ok. Salads were large and good. Service was basic.- they did their job. Noisy place but I expected that it would be given that stk likes to be known as the Anti- steakhouse steak place. That’s fine but at least the food should be good.

   Extremely disappointing dinner. Server was extremely rude. Holiday menu cocktails were more than 1/2 unavailable as of 4:30pm on Christmas. I ordered an $85 glass of wine that came close to half the size of the pour of our neighboring tables glasses. Steak grossly undercooked. Ordered Medium but was close to raw in the center. We had 4 separate dinners all within The Cosmo during our stay, STK was by far the worst.

   We enjoyed Christmas Day at STK. Our server, Alex was knowledgeable about the menu, helpful with our wine selection to go with our entrees and attentive. We had the tuna tartare to start and it was excellent. My wife had the salmon and I had the rib cap, a special for the day. We both enjoyed them very much and we had the flourless chocolate cake for desert. All of the food was delicious and prepared well. We would definitely come back next time we're in Las Vegas or we we can hit the one in Nashville for a special night out.

   The server is awesome but when we received our mac & cheese, it was very cold and steak wasn’t tender. It was rough, but I will for sure give them another shot and hopefully it will be better.

   We originally were a table of 9 which on arrival we changed to 11 with no issues. The waiter was brilliant he came over explained everything and told us to share sides as they were large. He answered all of our questions and advised which steak would be best he knew all the different cuts. The food arrived and everyone was pleased the sides were large as he had advised. The food was cooked to perfection my husband eats a lot of steak and he said it was one of the best he’d ever had. Everyone on the table enjoyed the meal and commented on it. The restaurant is a lovely setting and we were checked upon as a large group we were very well looked after quite often you can be forgotten. Even though we had been told it was expensive it was what we would have expected for a steak restaurant of that standard . My only negative comment would be we struggled to hear the waiter and also to converse in the group as the DJ was just in front of us and the volume was very loud otherwise a fantastic evening and would highly recommend

   Food was very good, service was quick and polite. Not exactly sure if the food was exactly worth what you’re charged for. The inside was very nice and decorated beautifully but the music was very very loud. For a steakhouse, I wasn’t expecting there to be music blasted during the entire meal. I would have to practically yell for my family to hear me during the dinner. Speakers blasting music made it impossible to have a relaxing meal and/or communicate with anyone. Not exactly my style, but definitely recommend as their food and service is good.

    Overall, ambience was very good. My wife’s Dover soul dish was excellent. My ribeye was supposed to be peppercorn crusted. However, there was no crusting on the steak itself, but I was given a side of dry peppercorn. Wasn’t sure why they gave me the pepper corn on the side. The only seasoning on my steak was the initial salt and pepper.
