The foundation for the pizza at Stoked Pizza Company comes from meticulously studying the ingredients and techniques used to produce our favorite classic pizza styles and highlighting the strengths of each in what we make.

We are influenced by the delicate, fresh flavored pizza baked in its birthplace, Naples Italy, and also by the bold ingredients with abundant char that you find at the best pizzerias of New Haven and New York.

We prefer a crust that is soft and light on the inside with a crisp outer shell that can stand up on its own. We want our ingredients and topping combinations to provide an explosion of flavor. To achieve this we use extremely hot ovens along with carefully researched dough formulations, tomato varieties, and cheese blends, sparing no expense and taking no shortcuts.

We take special care to ensure that diners with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-sensitive dietary preferences can find themselves having a top-quality dining experience at Stoked.

We loved our first visit to Stoked Cohasset and will be back! Crust was excellent and the two pizzas we tried were fresh and flavorful. We’re so happy to have you in town!

We were so excited to visit the new Stoked pizza restaurant that opened up in Cohasset, after being regulars for years at their Brookline and Cambridge locations. We made reservations for a late lunch and were seated right a way upon arrival. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, after only being open for 5 days. The food was amazing as always. We tried some of the new appetizers on the menu. The short ribbed quesadillas, jalapeños popper style cheese fries, and fried mozzarella app were all great additions to the menu! ! We also ordered a cheeseburger pizza, honey bacon bianca pizza, NY white pizza and got a plain cheese pizza to bring home! We enjoyed the eclectic decor and fun music playing in the background. Such a great ambiance with comfortable and ample seating. The bar looked really inviting too. The staff was all friendly and accomodating. Can’t wait to come back for our next meal!

Amazing New Spot in Cohasset! 🍕🔥 Stoked Wood Fired Pizza Co. has officially become my new go-to for pizza! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a stylish yet casual vibe that’s perfect for date night or dinner with friends. The pizza? Incredible. The wood-fired crust is perfectly charred with just the right amount of chew. I tried the vegetarian cheeseburger pizza and it was bursting with flavor—fresh ingredients, great sauce, and just the right amount of toppings. The service was friendly and efficient, even though they were busy, which says a lot about their team. The drink menu was also on point—great craft beers and cocktails to pair with the pizza. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and check them out. This place is a true gem in Cohasset! Can’t wait to go back and try more from their menu. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
