   This was our 39 wedding anniversary dinner. Everything and everyone made it a special night. The food was fantastic.

   Stone & Webster delivers an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The elegant yet welcoming atmosphere sets the perfect tone for a memorable meal, and the service is nothing short of exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. The highlight of my visit was the Filet Mignon, which was absolutely phenomenal. Cooked to perfection, it had a beautifully seared crust while remaining tender and flavorful inside. Every bite melted in my mouth, and the seasoning was spot-on, enhancing the steak’s natural richness. The accompanying sides complemented the dish perfectly, adding to the overall experience. Pairing it with one of their expertly crafted cocktails or a glass of wine from their impressive selection made the meal even better.    From the time we walked into check-in through the meal until we departed, it was amazing. The hostess was very nice and approachable. Our waitress was attentive and always knew what we needed or wanted throughout dinner. We had the Delmonico Ribeye, Scallops, calamari, oysters, and the apple tort desert with ice cream, nothing but greatness. To cap it off as we were departing, every manager, server, hostess, and kitchen staff said Thank you for coming! I am a customer service geek, and the experience was amazing!

   Service was outstanding. Great mixed drinks and hands down the best shrimp cocktail I’ve ever had. Sauces that accompanied it were so good we were eating them even after the shrimp were gone! Salads - wedge and caesar - both had unique touches and were excellent. Gnocchi was delicious - creamy, light and fluffy. Filet and ribeye both cooked perfectly - filet was excellent but the ribeye was unusually tough, no marbling (ate like a ny strip) but had pockets of fat and tendon. I was just disappointed that I had to spit out chewy bits of a $70 steak - multiple times. Overall a great experience and meal just one kind of big misstep. Would definitely go again.

   To be honest, food was good and fairly priced, however, the service was abysmal. Steaks were well-cooked and seasoned appropriately. The sides were tasty, especially the mushrooms. The only miss as far as food was the dessert which scored more for presentation than taste. The service was just downright awful. I’m going to say we caught them on a bad night because I’ve been there twice before and it was nowhere near as bad. They brought us to the table which was still unprepared. My fork had dried food on it, our server was missing for 20-30 minutes at a time, and we had to ask support staff on our own at least twice for drinks. Granted they were busy and our server looked to be covering several tables. I still tipped well but for dropping more than $600 dollars for dinner for 4, the service was unacceptable.

    Ambience is great a little noisy but it was ok. Our server was good and responded well. Food was excellent. I had the NY strip and my spouse the scallops. The desert was perhaps not up to the level of the meal. Japanese Cloud cake was not worth anything and should be taken off the menu. We had the mocktails that was also good.
