   So happy we have this new gem in our neighborhood. Paula our server was fun and very attentive to our needs. Everyone in our party loved what they ordered and we all took turns trying each others food. (We’re family 😁) we had the braised short ribs, the smash burger, pesto pizza & the chicken picatta. We are looking forward to going back and trying something else on the menu very soon!

   From the hostess to the server and the bus boy.. the service was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. I love that they offered to bring out my 6yr old nieces pizza with our appetizers because he knew she was hungry and didn’t want our appetizers haha. The server packed our left overs and was very accommodating and patient with our group celebrating my wife’s graduation. The ambiance was so nice, beautiful, perfect. My group thought it was the perfect pick. “I always pick out the best spots” is a lot of pressure but Story helped my rep haha.

   We enjoyed the ahi tuna tacos - great, the pork belly bao was very flavorful, and the pork ribs were awesome. Also the Thai salad was very good. Cheesecake for dessert was okay, nothing to rave about. Server Jodi was terrific. Overall a very good experience especially since they just recently opened. And a drink called Agua Chile that was awesome. Going back for more.

   Great Food, Terrible Experience—Where’s the Management? The food at Story was absolutely fantastic—every dish was flavorful and well executed. Unfortunately, the dining experience itself was a disaster. Service was disorganized from the start. Our appetizers arrived quickly, but drinks were delayed until we were halfway through eating our apps. Then, our entrees came moments later, leaving our table overcrowded and our meal rushed. It was very chaotic, despite the server specifically requesting that the kitchen give enough time between courses. On top of that, the atmosphere was marred by a nearby table with loud, unsupervised children of several 4-6 year olds, running around our table and playing their iPads at full volume, while their parents sat 10 feet away with not a care in the world. This went completely unaddressed by the staff, even though it disrupted the entire dining area. A manager stepping in could have resolved this, but none was to be found. Dessert was another disappointment—it arrived frozen solid, requiring time to thaw before it was even edible. The waiter did his best to manage the chaos (and to swap it out) and was clearly trying, but he had no support from management or kitchen. Story has incredible potential with its food and ambiance, but the poor execution of service and the lack of managerial oversight ruined what could have been a stellar evening. If the restaurant wants to justify its upscale aspirations, it needs to seriously reevaluate how it runs its dining room.

    The service and quality of food and cocktails was top notch , serving size of food was great. The cocktails were like nothing I’ve ever tasted before , absolutely delicious and innovative.
