Our first time here and the atmosphere was very nice - like you're in a cavern and the food was excellent! We eaxh got thr filet with the seasonal veggies & mashed potatoes. They also brought us a special dessert for the romance package. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu! Would definitely recommend!

There was no notice that they were serving a limited menu and by limited I mean Christmas leftovers. The paper said Christmas Day!! Christmas was 3 days ago. What a disappointment we have eaten here before but we won’t be back. We requested our favorite waitress Kim and she was great as always. We did talk to the manager he was NO help at all. They even had the regular menu on display at the entrance with no mention that they were serving Christmas leftovers

There was a limited menu for the Christmas holidays...not good! The best item on the regular menu is the spinach dip which was NOT offered on the limited menu. The menu was not very inviting! The limited menu had prime rib and duck to chose from??? The "prime rib" was more like roast - nothing like prime rib - not good. 2 pumpkin items to chose from for dessert??? The mushroom soup - hard pressed to find a mushroom. The 1 item that was good was the pear salad. This is the 1st time we went and the service was so bad - our server seemed so disorganized she even gave our salads to a different table! New manager seated us in a basically empty restaurant and he put us by the door, so any new patrons had to walk right by our table??? Why did he do that??? Maybe to make it look like the restaurant was full - who knows??? Not only that, but the drink cart was right in front of our table??? WHY??? I was really hoping this restaurant was going to get better...but obviously the night we chose to go wasn't the night they improved....

Excellent in every way top to bottom. Manager on the floor...clearly a well run ship. Great service and unbelievable food. Would highly recommend

No point in making a reservation - they don't honor it anyway. Had a 7pm reservation- sat 20 mins late. Waitress informed us of the several items that were not available. Waited almost 10 mins for water or drinks, after 45 mins had to chase someone down for our soup and salad. Entrees came before the soup and salad, halfway through dinner - waitress asked if we wanted the soup and salad to go as she brought it to the table. I said she could leave the salad on the table and put the soup in a Togo container. Waitress set the soup on a dirty table, got distracted and after 15 mins the bus boy cleared the dirty table where my soup sat and took my soup with him. As we were frustrated and just wanting to leave the waitress shows up with a piece of cheesecake asking again if we wanted the soup to go- we said "no" and that we just wanted to get out of there! Worst service we have ever received there. At one point the server said she would send the manager over to address the soup and salad issue... minutes later a woman showed up standing by our table (not stating her position or reason for standing there) I finally acknowledged her and she started laughing saying that maybe she had the wrong table - laughed a little more and said something about soup and salad. No apology, acted like the entire experience was a joke. Saw her visit other tables with issues, also not stating her position or reason for coming over - still laughing like she had no clue what to do. My steak was tough as tough could be, my boyfriends shrimp was tough and rubbery and he spend the better part of the night violently ill.... good thing we were staying in the hotel because he wouldn't have made it home. So much for a nice night out. Hope they get their act together soon.

Wow, What a Great place to have dinner ! This place had the most amazing food and the staff were so attentive and very polite. The food was at the best I have had level. My wife and I ate our Thanksgiving dinner there. Thank You , Thank You, Thank You !

Had a wonderful dinner with family! The filet was outstanding as was the seafood trio. Service was top notch!

I took my daughter and son out for dinner for their birthday and they both picked different meals. They loved it , the waitress was amazing, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was wonderful.
