It was marvellous experience and the food is just outstanding. The taste is almost similar like local "warung" in Malaysia!

This is a great restaurant to have locally and will definitely be eating here regularly. The waiting staff were really good - Friendly and efficient. The food was excellent (we had nasi goreng kampung and portion size was big). The restaurant itself is nicely decorated. Our food took over half an hour to arrive but we weren’t in a rush so that was ok.

There are some really strong elements of this restaurant but unfortunately they were overshadowed by certain factors. For example, the food took 45 minutes to come out, which is far too long. They probably have a small kitchen, but it’s too slow ultimately. Secondly, the food quality is a bit hit and miss. For example the Mee Goreng felt like a mushy mess and the rendang, while flavoursome, was too salty and beef was quite tough. Then when you factor in the price, it makes it difficult to match the quality with the amount your paying. Granted, bills have to be paid and renting in Queen’s Park is probably not cheap, but for what is essentially a neighbourhood dining spot at a rustic level, charging £12 for a fruit salad is a bit ridiculous. The waiting staff are friendly and the atmosphere is inoffensive, I would just say work needs to be done on quality of food, pricing and serving time.

The Spicy Beef Berlada had a robust flavour and its spiciness was just right. I paired this with plain rice and Kerabu. Tangy , salty n sweet , citrusy, nutty, aah my tastebuds were rejoicing ! Popiah Basah didn’t make much of an impression in terms of ingredients and flavour. Roti Telur’s Fish Curry was delicious. Mee Goreng had a generous serving of prawns and beef. The Pulut Hitam was not too sweet and a warming treat as a wintry dessert. I asked for reduced sugar for Asam Boi and my drink turned out refreshing. The restaurant is small so bookings are essential. Table space is even smaller and food was not served course by course so the table became very crowded. It involved careful manoeuvring between glasses ,cutlery etc They did clear plates promptly so that created more table space.

Very good and authentic Malaysian food. Very busy on a Saturday night, which showed how popular the place is. It’s a bit expensive for a local restaurant, more like central London prices, would have ordered more dishes if it was more reasonable

We asked if we could have some sharing items first before main course dishes. We were advised to have everything at once as the kitchen was busy - but this meant we had no food at all for an hour and then all of it very quickly, in a random order. The staff were nice but not proactive, we always had to flag someone down. The food is good overall and I’m always pleased to find Malaysian in London, but the roti was a bit dry.

My favourite Malaysian restaurant. The beef randang w coconut rice is 10/10. The flavour, smell & texture are exceptional.

I have eaten here every week since the restaurant opened, I always have a fantastic meal & the staff are superb. I therefore recommend this restaurant that offers a wide range of dishes and flavours, with the option for many of the dishes to be more or less spicy, what more could you want from an authentic restaurant!
