I wanted to like this place so much because the concept is awesome. I've been a couple of times and it was the same experience. We had to wait 10 minutes to be taken to our table. 20 minutes later a man brought us water. 30 minutes after that, our server showed to take our drink and food. 45 minutes later, our food came. That means we were there for an hour and 45 minutes before we got our food! One dish was ordered incorrectly so we had to reorder dinner for my son. The rest of us ate our food, paid the check and still wanted another 10 minutes before his food came. The food is mediocre, at best and it's very expensive. We won't be ba ck.

Restaurant was out of more than half the menu. Food took over an hour to come out. Although the soreness was great, we will never return.

Not worth the hype. I expected a lot more. There were mostly kids and the drinks were overpriced but I expected to pay high but halfway through you can taste the sugar granules it was impossible to finish even with sharing. Bathrooms were dirty and locks wouldn’t work. Food was mid

Where do I begin with the this one. Decide to have my daughter’s (twins) birthday party at the Sugar Factory. Party of 15+. Issue is that management didn’t plan well for a large party and only had one person attending to the group. Everything took forever, not to mention they forgot my drink and this after I asked about 3 times. Food came out in pieces - again one waitress and she tried her best. This is where management should have stepped in an assign another waiter/waitress. End of the meal, we asked for the cupcakes to be brought out. Instead, they made sure the bill was paid first and when ask if they could clear the table of the dirty dishes (response was - that’s what I am doing). No, you were busy making sure the tab was paid. Overall, the food was subpar at best, the bathrooms were discussing, the floors sticky and the tables were sticky. This was upstairs dining. Sugar Factory will not be seeing me again.

This was not a great experience at all. The place was dirty and the service was subpar. I had to get up to ask for assistance more than once. I will not be returning.

Honestly not worth the hype. Way overpriced for what you get. I was very underwhelmed with the atmosphere as it is nothing like what I’ve seen from pictures/videos of other locations. Service was okay, kind of slow especially considering it was a Sunday at 11:30 and there was barely anyone there. Food was okay, not worth the price at all. I knew going there it would be expensive but was willing to pay it for the experience but it was underwhelming and disappointing. Restaurant was not the cleanest either. Bathrooms were rough looking. Baseboards against the bar were very dirty. Honestly would not go back
