My experience wasn't the best I was told they were out of an item for my child but watched several others receive the item. I asked the server again and she wait let me see she then changed his food but the whole table ate before he received his food. I paid for the birthday dance and song. The speakers were out on our side of the building wasn't informed on that until after the performance. The food we all received was subpar not served hot at all. Just didn't feel my 450$ was well spent here

All around FANTASTIC!!! Took my daughter for her 12th bday and it was absolutely great. We were seated immediately, our waiter Henni was absolutely wonderful. Food was good and her bday show by the staff was deserves 10 stars.

We went for Sunday brunch and it was extremely over priced for the slow service we received.

We took my 15-year-old daughter along with five of her friends, and it turned out to be the most disappointing experience imaginable. Our appetizers were served alongside half of our main courses. When the food finally arrived, we still did not have any silverware. One of the guests had ordered a salad with the dressing on the side, but it did not arrive until most of the other guests, those who had received their meals, were nearly finished eating. This occurred despite having spoken to the manager three times. The meal for the birthday guest was the last to be served, arriving only after everyone else had completely finished their meals. It was a truly horrific experience, and we will not be returning.

Surprisingly pretty good pricey for what it is but I’m sure the location plays a huge part in the pricing of the meals and drinks. Staff is very friendly and lively. However not sure what was going on with the men’s restroom but OMG 🤢, broken urinal over and just filthy.

Horrible!! Food was cold, service was slow. Didn't get my drink until halfway thru dinner. Hamburger was inedible ice cold and raw in the middle. Couldn't find a manager to speak with. Bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper except in one stall, the one with the broken lock. Open table asked when making the reservation if we were celebrating anything, yes my daughter's 21st birthday. They don't read or pay attention to that because they did not acknowledge it but sang to the person in the next table over. Why ask if you are not going to read it? Didn't even get offered desert, just the check. Not worth the price
