They were very busy but they kept bringing me Alfredo when I ordered Cajun pasta with shrimp n then they took a minute to serve us they also forgot my Shirley temple I ordered too it seems like the guy who took my order wasn't listening very well to me I think 30.00 for a Cajun pasta was bizarre though because it's a chicken Cajun but I asked for shrimp instead and they charged me 10.00 which is strange but anyways seems like the table next to us was getting a lot more attention then us but I was patience and polite but we got there at 6 and didn't get out of there till 830 and wasn't planning to be there that long with 5 yr old twin boys because they have school tomorrow n I work and go-to school online as well anyways but there was one lady I think she was a manager maybe she was very sweet and nice and checked in us very often they were all nice n I know they were busy but they need to do a little better with there service I think they didnt have enough people working tonight which was a very busy night alota if birthdays but overall it was a great experience my boys enjoyed themselves food was great I was so stuffed the salted caramel ice coffee was bomb that came with the waffle on it I'll def be coming back to book reservations for my birthday August 9th also can't wait but hopefully the service is way better this time I hope and 🙏🏻

We had a good dinner and it was by far some of the best food i’ve had, the drinks were amazing. our server took 30 mins to greet us though and then our food took a very long time. everyone in our section had a professional photographer take pictures of them and we inquired about this and the lady said she’d send the photographer over, we were fully prepared to pay for photos and no one even took our picture. we waited a long time for food/drinks to come but we did come mid dinner rush so it’s okay. overall i am just disappointed in the time it took for us to be greeted+ no picture. especially after asking multiple people for the picture. our server also had an airpod in for the entirety of service, when you’re selling $50 cocktails i feel as though that’s extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. he was also the only server not in uniform. he also kept hitting his head on decorations which isn’t his fault at all but slightly distracting. also i heard servers complaining about getting tables. as a server as well i understand being frustrated and overwhelmed but at the end of the day in a fine dining establishment i expect at least slightly more professionalism. at the end of the day my boyfriend and i had a good meal but service was disappointing to say the least.

We sat in the front glass-in area, which was extremely cold. Everyone in the restaurant had their jackets on. The waiter quickly came for our order but never checked in on us after that. The food was overpriced and only fair. We ordered a flatbread and a grilled cheese with fries and water for drinks. For dessert, we ordered one cookie skillet with ice cream and a cappuccino. The bill was $70 before tip.

We waited 45 minutes to get our drinks and over an hour for our food. It was cold when we finally got it. We saw our server 3 times. Unacceptable for the price they charge.

Over an hour wait for food. We had a person in our party with a SEVERE gluten allergy. Food was served with bread and salad had croutons. Had to send it back and wait again for food. Water was not replenished..had to ask. Table next to us was not cleaned…dirty dishes with broken glass and water spilling all over the floor. Outrageous prices for service.

I spent almost $700 dollars and the food was absolutely horrible! My 9 year old burger was burnt, my French toast was hard as a rock. Nutella pancakes have way too much Nutella. the pizza the dough was soggy underneath. However our drinks were delicious! We definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for the food but definitely for the drinks
