   I made an 8:30 reservation and waited 45 mins to get seated. And they let a 9 pm reservation go in front of us after waiting that 30 mins. And then when we went up again they said oh yea we were supposed to seat you. It just made the experience not the best when we were celebrating a birthday.

   Not somewhere I will ever go again. I guess it’s more about the experience than the food. 3 people without the mega expensive drinks was still over $150. What’s with the servers not getting charge tips and an automatic 20% for just 3 people. Maybe the servers make $20 an hour but I never carry cash and couldn’t leave a tip. Pass on this on if you can.

   Over 39 open tables and we were sat 20 minutes after arrival for our reservation time.

   Absolutely horrible experience! Will never come back. I have tried multiple sugar factories across the country, this is by far the worst location! Rude staff, treated me like I was a nuisance, even though I made a reservation weeks in advance & the place was practically empty (now I see why), there still was no table for me. They got my drink wrong, never came to check on the table, we waited 25 minutes for straws & plates. it was my daughter’s birthday, they never came with the ice cream. We ended up leaving, no birthday experience. She was so disappointed. Absolute waste of money. Burn it down.

   Great atmosphere. Lots of choices for children and adults. Customer service could’ve been better but due to automatic gratuity it wasn’t acknowledged.

   It was cold as hell all throughout the restaurant causing the experience to be sort of dreadful. The food was horrible, the hot wings I rate 7/10, Burger 7.7 out of 10, macaroni 1/10, chicken and waffles 2/10, waffles with fruit and whip cream 5/10 (waffle kind of dry, not tasteful) French fries 8.9/10, strawberry lemonade drink $36 was 7.8/10 Our server was okay, her communication skills were off a little but other than that she was ok 6/10 The wait on the food was FOREVER … we made there at 7:00pm, sat by 7:05pm (we were taking pictures) and left around 8:49pm

   Food was fantastic. Large drinks need to be consumed immediately or turn into a solid brick of ice. Service was sub par. Host was warm and helpful. Milkshakes did not look like the picture and were missing items as were the large fish bowl drinks. Guess you have to visit early in the day to get good service. We came for an experience and felt rushed. Wish we would have had a different experience.

   First time coming and brought the kiddos. Daughter had a great time for her birthday. I will return for my own experience!

   Extremely disappointed with my experience at this particular Sugar Factory location. My family and I have visited the locations in Orlando, FL, Jacksonville, FL, Indianapolis, IN, Nassau Bahamas, and tonight, we visited the Chicago location. Our service was beyond disappointing from the very start. Our appetizer was delivered to the table completely wrong. We had to ask multiple times for water and condiments. They were out of a menu item and didn’t tell us until after we ordered it. The manager approached us and we expressed our concerns and he gave us our desserts complimentary. That would have been great, except we didn’t receive what we ordered for dessert. They brought out 4 desserts and two of them weren’t ours. They tried to convince us that we ordered milkshakes. It was almost comical. Lastly, the entire reason we went to Sugar Factory is because two of the people in our party had never been to any location. We hyped up this restaurant and told them of the vibrancy and music! We showed them YouTube videos of how cool it is and how interactive the staff was. We didn’t hear one single song the entire 2 hours we were there and we were placed at a booth in the bar area facing the bar. Not a single cool thing to see other than drunk people and we had our 10 year old girls with us. The staff seemed boring, no energy, rude, bland, and not at all what we have experienced at other locations. When we got our bill, it was $311.00 and they charged us for the free desserts they promised and they also charged us a mandatory 20%. I will not be returning to this location and will be reporting my experience to their corporate office. Do yourself and favor and save your money. Go get pizza somewhere in the city.

    This location doesn’t really hold a candle to the others. Very sterile, candy section is kinda hidden. Our warm drinks were cold and service was no where to be found. We won’t be back again
